What a great experience! These two guys were great With replacing my kitchen faucet and drain/ p trap in this OLD house. Cost was very fair and They even refused a tip! That’s honesty and good guys in my opinion.

My water heater died. Home Depot delivered my new one at 8 this morning. Called Valley Plumbing at 12. They arrived at 2:30. By 5 I had hot water. Bobby and Darrell were professional, friendly, knowledgable and quick. I will call them again if need plumbling help.

I'm incredibly pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Valley Plumbing. Had a month-old water heater that failed and needed exchanged at a big box store. After getting the OK from the manufacturer to authorize the exchange, I called Valley at 4:45 p.m. on a Monday and was told they could be out by the mid-morning on Tuesday. The owner called me Monday night to discuss with me that I needed his crew to return the water heater to the store and exchange it for a new one. No problem, he said. Next morning, Jeff and Daniel call me at 10:45 and say they are on their way. AMAZING. They were polite, professional and quick. Took care of everything and really did a beautiful job with the install -- looks like a shiny trombone and so much better than before. Took care of a couple other requests while they were here - definitely recommend Valley Plumbing based on this experience. Professional, reliable, on-time and worked with me on my unique needs. Plus, the price was really fair, the guys were really friendly and I just keep looking at their impressive work. Thanks, gang!

I called Valley Plumbing to fix a clogged sewer pipe at our residence. The good part of my experience with them was that they were very quick to respond. I called first thing on a Monday morning and they were there within a couple of hours. Once the plumbers arrived, however, they basically just said there was nothing they could do for me. The next day I called another company and after about an hour and a half the issue was fixed. Maybe Valley Plumbing didn't want to deal with a sewer problem? I'm not sure, but if you're looking for a company that is committed to helping you the customer, I definitely would not recommend.

Was told by pool company that a certified plumber needed to set up a heater to propane. Valley Plumbing sent 3 plumbers for 20 min work & charged over $1000.

My experience was very negative PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! They were here 5 minutes charged me 140.00 and the next day I had the same issue. Called them back and they said sorry we dont warrant our work so it will be another 140.00 just to come back and look. I explained that I gave them all the money I had and that this was a very rough time for us and they said sorry cant help you. So I got one day. They are very shady, save your money and CALL SOMEONE ELES!!!

This business had plumbers at my door within an hour and a half of making contact …. and I live OFF THE GRID! John and Daniel had the expertise to handle my needs and the required parts on their truck. I would highly recommend.

Valley Plumbing from Hurricane just completed a job for us. I would give them a 10 rating if it were possible. They came in a very timely manner and did an excellent job.

Very professional. Came right out the following day....but $122.00 to replace the flapper on a toilet and test it for leakage, thought it was a bit much.

We needed a pump for our water system. They were here the next day. they quickly got the job done. I would definitely use this company again.

Installed supply lines and drains, faucets and repaired toilet. Jamie and Daniel was very polite and respectful, very professional.

Had a leak in the pipes running to the upstairs shower. James got it fixed and was extremely professional. 6 stars.
