“I am thrilled with the service I received! Lois took care of getting me scheduled right away and David was able to come early and take care of the problem very quickly the same day. He even took care of an extra matter while he was here! Great people and very fair pricing.”
“Rocky and David were great as was Jackson the next day as well when he was there along with Rocky again. They were all courteous, professional, and friendly, and Rocky and David took the time to explain things to me and to patiently answer any questions I had. They were very personable, informative, and reassuring, and it felt like I was talking with a couple friends who were also professional plumbers. These guys were definitely a cut above other plumbers and service workers we've experienced in the past, and I would want to specifically request them for any future services. They were great!”

“A couple weeks ago I had a gas leak serviced by a young man named Mason at a and p. The entire time he was at my house he did nothing but talk down to and berate the nice young man helping him. He yelled, cursed and called him stupid for bringing him the wrong tool.. I've never heard someone treat another person that bad in my life. Then he began to talk that way to me when it was time to pay my bill. I told him politely that you can't get respect like that. After he collected my money he said "thanks" then turned away and under his breath called me a "stupid mother ffffer" I don't know what”

“No!!!! Great until the estimate was questioned by our warranty company, then no longer answered phone or returned calls!!! Tech didn't sound like he could unclog a toilet let alone do a larger task...anyone can paint a cross on their vans but Jesus knows exactly what you're about!”

“Michael came to replace our master bath toilet. He was polite and courteous. He covered his shoes and cleaned up the work area when he was finished. The best part was that the toilet we had purchased was not needed! The issue turned out to be with the flange on the floor that the toilet attaches to. Michael purchased a replacement flange and re-secured the existing toilet. This totaled to less than $400 which …”
