I had an excellent experience with service tech Matthew Bayer from Remedy plumbing. He installed a water softener and three toilets. Everything works great. They got out here quick (leaking toilet) assessed the problem, came back the next day and finished the job. Left everything clean and tidy.

Can’t say enough good things about our entire Remedy experience. From our first scheduling call Macy clearly explained process and what to expect on the day of our service call. They got me on the calendar quickly and everything went exactly as promised. Our technician Jay was fantastic. On-time, knowledgeable, and friendly, he was committed to solving the problem. He checked all possible origins of our leak before arriving at an end solution. We were given various different possible fixes and with the information and pictures Jay helped us pick the best option to finish the job. He spent lots of time explaining things and answering questions. I’ve used multiple different local established plumbing companies in the past and will bring all future business to Remedy based on customer service, technician experience and pricing.

This was our third time using Remedy Plumbing and once again they did not disappoint. It was easy to get an appointment and we very much enjoyed working with our technician Jeff Stevens. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a really great job for us today. Highly recommend!

Angelo from Remedy Plumbing was not only kind, patient and understanding, he was knowledgeable, detailed and very professional! I finally have peace of mind and completion on my MB toilet system that it has taken 6 different plumbing companies to charge me ridiculous amounts of money but never fix the unending nightmare that this situation caused. I’m so grateful to Angelo, Mike and support staff at Remedy. They will be finishing all of the other much needed work and reworking of newly installed but not properly installed fixtures and systems. Thanks again for the devotion to your work and seeing this through to completion. Remedy decided without explanation to not work in my project after being assured and re-assured they would take care of me. I believe my plumber Angelo has left and as of earlier this year after repeatedly asking for quotes, I was told they would send the operations manager out to assess what was needed yet again. No mention of Angelo. Remedy has photos on their website leading you to believe they have a large fleet of teams to handle the job. I have had their so called Operations Manager out and he is so young he lacks social intelligence in a given situation as well as there is a newly developed lack of integrity and CRM. I was given a 1 year warranty in my work by Angelo. After being told they would not be doing my job without explanation I informed them I was waiting for the problematic MB toilet to be switched and a new drain placement as it was still leaking. I was told by Mike the sales manager that I should have notified them sooner. Since I have no idea what their problem was and I have multiple rare orphan diseases I am handling as well as rebuilding the house two years in a row with a tree coming down through all the work I put into it tearing up half the top living quarters. I was taken back by the very cool detached change in temperament of the sales manager Mike. I asked very poignant questions to ascertain this change in behavior that clearly wasn’t provoked as I was being told by Mike very kindly that they would take care of me. Then I was told they couldn’t comment and the owner had made the decision. I never received the quotes. I have no idea what the issue was unless it was because I was receiving infusion at home and was in my pj’s. I have no idea. I’ve never spoken with the owner and the decision rested on this very young and what I could ascertain inexperienced individual to have the ability to make such a call. I have had to face a lot of scoundrels in this process but I’ve never had to deal with something like this. I wanted to know how they arrived at this decision so I did not have to go through this again. They refused any requests for help in understanding so that I could avoid whatever happened to make them basically turn on me so quickly based on this young man’s opinion. I’ve had my home destroyed not once but twice two years in a row. I needed a supportive team to work with which is what they told me would happen over six months while awaiting bids. Then to have the preverbal rug pulled out from under me. It was all uncalled for and I was under warranty still for work that had been done yet suddenly treated like yesterday’s garbage. Every cloud has a silver lining. I’ve since found a far better company with multiple master plumbers who are taking care of me.

Front office / phone help is amazing!! Technician that arrived to test water and discuss water treatment systems was outstanding. Technician had no pricing or cost estimates, told me Jesse would be calling in a few minutes. Jesse called and the pressure was on for a sale of a system. He asked what I was looking for in a system and soon after I began, he interrupted and made several offers with prices from $11,000 down to $4,000. Continued interruptions and speaking over me, ridiculous. I was considering ordering a system online that he was familiar with. When I asked for a price to plumb the system I was considering purchasing, he tried to upsell his UV filter with it. When I told him I had a UV filter included and just needed installation, he quoted me a price of $1700 to plumb the system in. I said no thanks and we were finished. Front office called to conduct a satisfaction survey and I informed them about my experience with Jesse. Was told management would call me back. They never did. FYI - another reputable plumbing company quoted me $750 on the HIGH end - they’re installing as I write this. High pressure sales - no managerial feedback or return call as I was told they would. Not a problem, I found a REMEDY and it’s not Remedy Plumbing.

Jesse who set me up with Eric the technician who fixed the problem was great in honoring the warranty and providing me with Eric to fix the issue. The water heater needing fixing was a tankless electric model. Eric diagnosed the problem which was in the control panel, assisted me in getting the replacement, and installed the new control panel. All at no cost to me. I was so pleased they were true in backing up their warranty provided when they installed the unit. I highly recommend Remedy Plumbing for any water related issues. Very caring and so pleasant to deal with as well as prompt. I also loved the fact that they followed up to make sure I was happy the next day and everything was working properly. GREAT COMPANY AND PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH! Will definitely use them again if needed.

I called remedy plumbing and the very next day they sent out a very nice technician and Angelo Rodriguez to assess the job we needed done. He was very polite and thorough answered all of our questions and I'm sure if we had lived closer to the shop the job would have started that day. A crew showed up on Monday, but I noticed that no work begun until Angelo showed up from the warehouse. With the temperature outside as high as it was I applaud Angelo for his hard work. We will continue to use remedy plumbing as long as Angelo Rodriguez is employed there. Angelo was very knowledgeable and polite and included Us in the decisions of what he was doing.

I cannot begin to say enough good things!! I had already posted a review the morning they came out because they did so great, but I had to come edit the comment because they absolutely went over and beyond! The morning I was having issues, they came out that morning and helped to resolve the issue. They were so professional and kind. After this, there was an issue with the payment. They were so understanding through the entire process of getting that fixed. Being a college student, sometimes it can be hard to find a company that you truly trust, but I can positively say they are the best.

They’re so organized. I got an appt quickly. On the morning of the appt, a manager (Mike) called to go over what was to be done. They sent me a picture of the specific plumber who would be coming to my home with some info about him. That was Jay, who was both knowledgeable and very nice — I can’t say enough good things about Jay! He took care of several things, all of which needed doing, but I would have thought it was too much for one call. Because I was having several things done, I got discounts on the work. That was great — who doesn’t love discounts?! 5 stars.

I had a sewer line replaced with a different company that was dishonest resulting in me wasting a lot of time and money to rectify the problem. I googled local plumbers and was instantly sold after speaking with the owner of Remedy Plumbing, I had great confidence that they would fix the issue in a timely matter and they did. Everyone was professional, I highly recommend. I will continue to use this company for all of my plumbing needs.

Remedy Plumbing is the best. We hired a different company to install a brand new toilet. The other plumber did an awful job. A week after it was installed, it quit working. My wife called Remedy and they came out the same day. The guys were very knowledgeable and fixed my problem right then! I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them in the future! Watch out for those other company’s just looking to make a buck!

I rarely write reviews but my experience starting with Jaimie who scheduled the appointment and Blake who diagnosed a difficult problem for an unusual leak that we found. iIt was overall such a great experience. Blake was extremely polite, respectful and worked for several hours to figure out the source of the leak and repair it quickly. I would definitely recommend using this company for your future plumbing needs.

The Remedy Team was wonderful at communicating with us to install two water heaters, a mixer, an expander and a home water filtration system. From first contact to completion they answered our questions, gave a written estimate and were professional in knowledge and presentation. I highly recommend Remedy Plumbing. Great service from Remedy Plumbing! We lost hot water recently. Remedy sent someone here immediately, a young man by the name of Blake. Blake did such a great job-professional, thorough, neat, knowledgeable -we expanded the work to replacing both old hot water tanks and installing a new dishwasher. You won’t be sorry if you call Remedy. Ask for Blake. We intend to for all future plumbing needs.

Angelo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is a great technician. He’s timely and very professional.Any and all questions I asked he answered and found a solution to a problem he wasn’t able to do.This is his second time coming to my residence (two separate jobs) and his work is outstanding to say the least. This company is great for what ever you need. I will be using them in the future.
