Blake Hardman’s customer service and use of technology was amazing!! He solved my kitchen drainage problem using a pressure washing tool in the pipe and a camera to confirm that the pipe was clear. Blake was a true professional and a highly skilled expert in his craft.I would highly recommend Remedy Plumbing and Blake for all your plumbing needs!!

I recently had Blake from Remedy Plumbing replace my hot water heater and install an automatic shut-off valve, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial quote a couple of weeks ago through installation today, Blake was fair, straightforward, and clearly very knowledgeable in his craft. He took the time to explain the work, answered my questions thoroughly, and delivered exactly what he said he would. The installation looks clean, professional, and well thought out — and everything is working perfectly. It’s obvious Blake takes pride in doing the job the right way, not just the fast way. If you’re looking for a plumber who is honest, down-to-earth, and highly competent, I would absolutely recommend Blake and Remedy Plumbing.

I would urge you to be careful of their "estimates" and rip-offs, especially if you are a senior or a single woman. The technician, Matt, tried to charge $650 for the most basic garbage disposal installation, although the garbage disposal itself is $130 and takes around 20 minutes. The same service was offered in Lowe's or Home Depot for 1/3 of the price. Similarly, in other reviews with Remedy, they charge around 300 dollars for the same work. I am a smaller woman who might appear "naive" when the technician came into my home. Tells you everything you need to know. Not the most honest company.

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company. While the technician, Matt, was courteous, I strongly advise others to seek multiple estimates before agreeing to any work. In my experience, the pricing felt significantly inflated—almost double the standard market rate. I couldn’t help but feel taken advantage of, possibly due to being perceived as someone without technical or industry knowledge. Reply (to their response): The scope of work performed does not justify charging nearly twice the market rate. This pricing is unreasonable and reflects poorly on your business practices.

Jesse who set me up with Eric the technician who fixed the problem was great in honoring the warranty and providing me with Eric to fix the issue. The water heater needing fixing was a tankless electric model. Eric diagnosed the problem which was in the control panel, assisted me in getting the replacement, and installed the new control panel. All at no cost to me. I was so pleased they were true in backing up their warranty provided when they installed the unit. I highly recommend Remedy Plumbing for any water related issues. Very caring and so pleasant to deal with as well as prompt. I also loved the fact that they followed up to make sure I was happy the next day and everything was working properly. GREAT COMPANY AND PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH! Will definitely use them again if needed.

Matt and his team were awesome. Had an old water heater go out. Remedy came ready to work, quoted me, and started that day putting in new pipe and line for a tankless mounted outside. Seamless. Everyone was professional and extremely courteous/respectful when working throughout the home. Even while moving an old 50 gal tank out of an attic space, in 90 degree weather, it was all smiles. Laughing as they compared that task (easy) to managing inside the foot and a half crawl space under my house they’d been in minutes before. Would recommend for any residential plumbing or gas line needs. Any questions that were asked, they answered without hesitation or offering to upsell more.

This is our third experience with Remedy Plumbing. We had a leaking outdoor spigot replaced, the supply line replumbed to take out the old polybute line and a cutoff valve for that spigot installed in the basement. Blake, the plumber, was great. He clearly explained options and costs associated with those options. He answered all of my questions. He also made sure that the original overly large hole in the brickwork was sealed around the new spigot. We will definitely call Remedy Plumbing again for any future needs.

My experience was so great. I was able to get on the schedule the next day after calling. My technician l, Blake, was here early and got straight to work. The options and pricing were laid out very clearly and gave me the ability to control how much I spent. Blake was able to swap out the breaker and luckily that was the only fix we needed this time. But he showed me how their system has all of my units information saved if we are ever to need service again.

Although we thought we only had a simple outdoor faucet fix whose leak was found and fixed, Blake found a serious broken water pipe in another location. He and his assistant, Josh, called around for parts, went out to get them and fixed the broken pipe requiring several hours of work. We are so grateful for Blake & Josh who are wonderful assets to Remedy Plumbing. We will definitely call Remedy Plumbing for any concerns or water problems in the future.

Blake and his team were fantastic. After a bad experience with a different local plumber, I thought it was going to set back my project another couple weeks since I had to fire the last plumber after no showing the day they were supposed to start, but these guys came out ready to estimate and started the job that day keeping my project on track. I would recommend them to anyone, especially Blake. Professional in all aspects.

Josh was great to work with. He listened and was able to provide everything we asked for. We wanted to replace some old shower fixtures, a couple outdoor faucets as well as install a new water line to our garden and to our barn. The entire job was completed in one, albeit long, day. We have an old house in the country and appreciated that Josh was able to find solutions to a few unique problems.

Matt fixed a plumbing leak and changed faucets for me that were very old and dripping too. He was very professional and made recommendations on plumbing needs in the future. He got parts quickly and was very thorough with his repairs. My house is 47 years old so more plumbing will need to be done in the future I'm sure. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

The service technician, Josh, came soon after we called. He was attentive and informed us of options. We opted for the installation of a new water heater and we were impressed with the careful attention he gave to everything he did! He addressed all our questions in a very informative way and went above and beyond. Will definitely contact Remedy again with any plumbing needs!
