“Steven and his helper Gabe did an outstanding job on our plumbing repair. They came out to service our toilet, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completely rebuilt the tank by reseating the flush valve and installing all new internal components (fill valve, flapper, and supply line). Their workmanship was meticulous—everything was leveled, sealed properly, and tested multiple times to ensure there were no leaks and that the toilet was flushing with the right pressure.”

“I truly regret ever calling Reliant Plumbing. What was described as a small, quick repair slowly escalated into quotes of over $5,000 to patch a line and more than $8,000 to replace it. The constant changes and lack of clear communication made the situation frustrating and stressful.
