Aaron did a thorough and outstanding job in assessing and fixing the heating issues I have been experiencing this entire winter. He was very professional and if I have any issues with my unit in the future (Hopefully, I will not), I would prefer he come and check it out. You need more service technicians like him. He is definitely an asset.

“Reliable” does not define the service we have received! While the customer service representatives are courteous and the technicians appear knowledgeable and receptive to our concerns-we have had 2 water leaks within 6 months, through our air conditioning/heater vent in the laundry room with no resolution. The last appointment occurred on February 5th and we were told the supervisor would follow up as the technician couldn’t find the problem. We have yet to receive a follow up correspondence from the supervisor, Dominick! In addition, we have been dissatisfied with previous maintenance appointments that have resulted in cancellation or no call/no show after taking time off of work. No one called to apologize or reschedule these appointments. Following this, we have requested Saturday appointments, when needed, that have been accommodated. Secondly, we have received minimum documentation following scheduled appointments, so much so, that I asked one technician if we could take a picture of the notes in his iPad. While some visits have resulted in a verbal explanation, typically at our request, proper documentation to the customer seems standard in customer service professions, especially when the call is for concern of the homeowner. We expected more from Reliable! After the presentation from the sales person, we were sold on this company, and entered an agreement that required consistent maintenance and regular payments. While we have lived up to the agreement, Reliable has not! At this point, we are concerned about the leak that has damaged our ceiling in the laundry room without a follow up inspection for possible ceiling repair and/or a resolution for the leak, and a system that has not been properly maintained due to missed appointments. Do we deserve the commitment that was promised to us? We surely think so!

Canceled repair.call at last minute. 90° in house. Canceled monthly maintenance contract and "UNRELIABLE" has the audacity to ask for a review.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY UNRELIABLE. Also sent me.a.request.for.a.review.and could.not even use my correct name. WOW

Writing as I sit here with no AC. We had a brand new AC unit installed by Reliable Heating and Air and within weeks it stopped cooling after leaking out all the refrigerant. For the past 5 days we’ve made countless phone calls trying to get this resolved with little to no communication and no real resolution. They repeatedly said they were coming and either didn’t show or failed to fix the issue. Meanwhile, we’ve had to keep small kids in a hot house with no working AC. Completely unacceptable service after spending thousands on a new system. Extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Calling themselves Reliable is a joke. A/C system went out called and said they would send someone out between 8-12 the next day. No one showed and called to be told we cancelled the appointment. Which of course was not the case. They told us they could not send someone till 2 days later. Tried to speak to a manager and was told the same BS. They have very poor customers service and now wish we never used them to install our system and will never again use them going forward. The AI response is more BS. They are like every other business and don't care about but only the bottom line.

We had a fantastic experience with Reliable Heating and Air, especially working with Ruben Diaz. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt confident in our decisions. His upfront pricing and honest approach were greatly appreciated—no surprises, just great service. On top of that, he was very personable and easy to work with. Ruben truly went above and beyond, and we highly recommend both him and Reliable Heating and Air!

They were on time… Within the four hour timeframe that they gave me which was 4 to 8 and they showed up at 4:20. Knew exactly what they were here for! I didn’t have to go through a big long explanation. And they accomplished everything I needed within an hour. They gave me recommendations on what they felt needed to be done and the price was reasonable-ish so I’m making another appointment to have the recommendations taken care of also

Water heater less than 5 years old needed to be replaced. Tried to tell me the labor cost was $1400 for my warrantied heater. Not to mention they advertise special $800 install. Then tried selling me the $34 monthly install. Starts off $34 increases each month FOR EIGHT YEARS then renews for ANOTHER 8 years at a higher monthly rate. This company is a scam and rip off. Better read the fine print and know what you are dealing with

Byron arrived on time & explained everything clearly before starting the A/C service. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and my system is running perfectly. He was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable & was able to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Excellent service and techs. Today Joshua Moreau was out; such a nice guy with a genuine smile. He was tuned up the AC, changed the filter, checked to make sure everything is working at peak performance, then went outside and did the same to the AC unit. He cleaned out the drain tube, and washes all the debris (and wasp nest) from the outside unit. So thorough!

I was worried my 29 year old unit would need replacing. Taylor came out and found a clog that was tripping safety cut-offs. Cleared that up for us and the unit is cool as a cucumber and saved whatever a new unit costs. Thank you Taylor. You all earned a new customer and I will sign up for regular service to keep my units running without further issues.

Everyone I worked with at Reliable was friendly and knowledgeable. The techs showed up on time, and always called to let me know when to expect them which was a plus. They did great work, and were very efficient. They also consistently asked me if I had questions or concerns. I’ll definitely call them up next I have a need for their services.

Today I received my annual maintenance on my AC unit. Once again service was exceptional. I really cannot say I’ve ever had bad service with any of the technicians…today I have the pleasure of working with Aaron Williams, very professional, very thorough and provided resources. Thanks again Aaron. 💯
