Excellent job today from Jeff and Matt. Both were extremely professional and fixed the toilet leak. Communication from the office was excellent and all time lines were met! This was my first time using Ray The Plumber and I will certainly use them again! Great job! Thank you!

I had a great experience with the staff at Ray the Plumber. From the moment I called, everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. They were able to get someone out quickly, and the technician who came was knowledgeable, honest, and very efficient. He took the time to explain the issue, fixed the problem the right way, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s not easy to find reliable and trustworthy service these days, but this team truly delivered. I highly recommend Ray the Plumber to anyone looking for prompt, professional, and high-quality plumbing service. Thank you to the entire staff for such a great job!

I am so impressed with every aspect of having called Ray the Plumber for an emergency call! Courteous and so helpful from the outset. Despite a major snowstorm, Jeff arrived earlier than scheduled, and professionally addressed my overflowing toilet and secondary sink backup. I am beyond happy and grateful that I chose this company to help me! I have already entered their number on speed dial!

Would not recommend. We had the company out about 2 weeks ago because of a small leak we had under the kitchen sink. They came out the same or next day to look at it. Everything looked fine, price was the price (I’ve seen reviews complaining about the price, but you get the quote, so you know what your cost is going to be, so i don't understand those complaints), & later that day had left for a trip for a few days. Come home a few days later to most of the kitchen floor with water & a steady stream of water coming from one of the hoses. Floor was worse than what we originally called them for. Had someone come out again the next day to find that the hose that was leaking had a bad rubber washer, that probably had disintegrated a bit after being connected for a long period of time & when it was reattached, the seal could have been broken, causing the steady stream of water. Even the second tech said we should have been told about that possibility when the work was first done. So initially, everything looked fine when they first did the work, but coming home to a much worse problem that what we called them for… we will not be using this company again or recommending it to anyone. Quite the opposite.

Ryan came and was able to find my cesspool with ease. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and just overall pleasant. He pumped and treated my cesspool. He was very efficient and got the job done quickly. I was amazed with how fair the prices were…I for sure thought this job was going to cost way more than it did.
