Our bathtub had started draining slowly despite repeated cleaning attempts, so we had the drain assembly replaced entirely. The plumber removed the old hardware carefully and installed a new drain system in just a few hours. Compared to before, water drains quickly and consistently without backing up at all. The updated hardware also gave the tub area a cleaner appearance overall. We appreciated that the plumber focused on solving the actual issue instead of recommending unnecessary additional repairs. It was a relatively simple project that improved everyday convenience immediately.

I have a house built in the 1960s with cast iron piping under the basement slab. The kitchen sink started to back up (again) so I called roto rooter to have it snaked. The technician Peter was absolutely fantastic. He couldn’t snake it and when he bent the tip of the snake it made a gritty sound like sand was in it. He told me something was structurally wrong with the pipe. He was right. He came back the next day with his colleague Chris. I was super nervous because they had to jackhammer beneath the slab and find the corroded pipe. They found it quickly with minimal damage to the floor and fixed it perfectly. I’m so grateful to both Peter and Chris for getting this done so professionally and putting my mind at ease. Could not have gone any better! Highly recommend this company for any and all clogs/repairs.

We were having problems with our toilet bowl. It didn't seen clogged but the water wasn't filling up after each flush and the tank was almost dry. It was a progressive thing and something we kept putting off until one day we couldn't. We've used local plumbers before for various other work but none we would ask to come back. Plumbing work is expensive. Labor intensive, dirty, messy work. These other plumbers left huge messes and large service bills. So we decided to go with a commercial brand we recognized and there would be a certain amount of accountability. We did not regret our decision. Not only was Chris62 very professional but he was quick and neat and explained every option and every reason. The innards of the tank needed to be replaced. We knew it. The part was not expensive. It was the labor. He showed me where the issue was and why. Said these parts only last about 5 years. He did snake the bowl to clear it of any debris. Checked the pipework. He saw the work done by the other plumbers and showed me what still needed to be done. But this day for this job his price was extremely reasonable when compared to the others before him. His work came with a 6 month call back , if needed and a fully written out receipt of the services he did that day. Professional, courteous, friendly and an offer to come back to address the other work we need when we are ready. People shy away from calling a company thinking that a plumber recommended by someone else or through FB will be cheaper. In our experience this was not the case at all. Roto Rooter was the right call for this job and we will use again the next time we need plumbing work done. Ask for Chris62. His experience and professionalism are aces in my book. Highly recommended!!

On 12/23/25, Invoice #24797562 (paid $163.12), a man from your company was dispatched to repair a leak under the kitchen faucet. He diagnosed that the elbow was leaking in 2 places and sealed the leaks. On 1/11/26, Invoice #24831128 (paid $628.23), the same man diagnosed that the basket was leaking and replaced it with a new one. When I questioned on 12/23/25 if the basket was leaking, he replied no. On 1/12/26 at 7AM, there was a leak in the same areas where your man diagnosed and repaired. The repairs for both days by your plumber came to a total charge of $791.35. We weren't able to use the faucet, the sink, nor the dishwasher because of these leaks for two whole days (1/13/26 through 1/15/26) Called another plumbing service that came on Wednesday, 1/15/26, to service the same leaks repaired by your company. The plumber diagnosed that the elbow in 2 places wasn't sealed and was leaking badly. He sealed it. He examined the basket that was replaced and found that it wasn't tightened properly and was leaking. The man tightened the basket and removed the excess sealant until no leakage was found. On 1/16/26 the owner of the company that came on 1/15/26 called to check on the work and inquired if everything was done satisfactory and if I was still having issues from the work his employee performed. I replied to the owner that his plumber fixed the leak and no problems. The owner replied that if I still had an issue to call H-I-M directly and he wouldn't charge me for the call. Today, Monday 2/2/26 I have no leaks! I do not recommend your service! I've learned my lesson. To viewers who read this, call a real plumber!!!

I had an excellent experience with Treyvon the plumber. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and broke everything down for me in great detail so I fully understood what was wrong and how it would be fixed. He worked neatly, efficiently, and treated my home with respect. I feel confident in the work he did and will absolutely call him again.
