Brooks Hunsucker with Quality Service Co. did a great job replacing my home’s broken water heater tank with a new tankless natural gas water heater. Called quality service last night, after hours, about a hot water heater. They gave me a quote right then and there. They came out today and had my new hot water heater installed and running smooth in just a couple hours. Pricing was fair and service tech, Josh, did a fabulous job! Would highly recommend.
Cody, Brett and Xander did and exceptional job. They were polite, knew what they were doing, worked very well together and in a very professional manner, And answered any questions that we had. Nelson was also very very professional and treated us with respect. No pushing in trying to get us to buy. Left us with our chose of $2800.00 repair or buy a new one considering the age on the unit.
