Plumber Restoration

This company was recommended on our Nextdoor website in Raintree Subdivision in Troy. They were able to come out the next day to replace our hot water heater. Their crew (Shawn) was very professional and polite. Their price for the new tank and labor was comparable with the market. We were just so thrilled with their speedy service. Thank you.

Can’t thank Randy and his team enough for helping us out in our jam! Not once, but twice within 24 hours, the team came out to help us with our drain to our septic tank that was clogged. They only had to come a second time since we needed the tank pumped! Austin and Shawn were super professional, very courteous and conscientious when working with us and in our home. We called plumber restoration because we had leak in our kitchen going in to our basement. They came out within an hour figured out the problem. We had a reverse osmosis system supply line bursted. They Resolve the issue in a matter of an hour and a half from the time I called them.Took them less than 30 minutes at my house to figure everything out. Thanks to Randy and his team doing amazing job. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks for keeping my house dry. They came out the exact time and they said they were going to. They also reassured me on the phone they should be able to fix the problem within 30 minutes which they did. Whole process was done within an hour and a half I can’t thank them enough. On May 7th I had a leak from our kitchen sink. I called a few places and they didn’t get back to me. But Plumber Restoration called me back within the hour and sent a plumber out right away. The plumber came and fixed the issue. He was on time, polite and professional. He had on a mask and explained everything he was going to do so I could be comfortable with someone in my house. He also didn’t try to up sell me. Which I appreciate! I would recommended this company to my friends and family. It’s nice to know during this pandemic there are still good companies out there not trying to rip people off and doing the correct work.

After coming home from a 3 month vacation I found water damage in my home. I thought it was from and upstairs bathroom. Upon calling Drymedic a plumber was sent to my home within an hour. The plumber went over and above checking my entire plumbing system . He was definitely professionally ready to do this job. Within the hour the problem was found to be within my roof and siding issue. This was handle with my insurance company and repairs can now begin. This company was so professional, polite and came with mask and foot covering due to cob-19. What a relief it was to work with Drymedic and the entire staff.
