My water heater took a dive in the middle of the night, 2am, on the weekend. I was able to contact Pipedreamz and schedule a visit first thing that morning, 8am. When he arrived, he assessed the issue, recommended and completed the repairs all within about an hour or two. He was very informative of the issue and how to avoid it in the future. I will not be calling anyone else to service plumbing issues for my home. Job well done. Thank you!

Shawn was very professional, on time, and dependable. He came in and replaced a leaking water supply value in the bathroom and replaced the toilet flange in the ground and install a bidet toilet. I contacted Pipe Plumbing to fix the leak i had in my home. Initially, I thought the job was great. however I asked are you leaving my tub that he cut with a saw za with open cut. My garden tub was in great condition until he cut the tub with a saw and he did fix the leak but left my tub damage. I paid him a total of 3,000 via zelle. Do not use him.

Shawn reinstalled the faucet base/deck plate with a silicone sealant, and made sure everything was as tight as it should be, so no more leaks. Shawn also very kindly provided competitive estimates when I asked about other potential plumbing and electrical work we might want done. Regarding each item, he carefully looked over all the details, made note of things to keep an eye on because all of it is working fine now, explained how the work should be done, how to know when it needs to be done, and what those costs would be if they needed to be done now. From the moment of our first call to the completion and inspection of the installation Shawn was prompt, professional, upbeat, fairly priced, and went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly, safely and with our full 100% satisfaction. Pipedreams Plumbing is the way to go. This black-owned and operated company does exceptional work, Shawn is a master plumber and electrician. He knows his stuff... Just a back-end story of my plumbing issue, we moved into our home in December, and one of the toilets has been out of service since then. I've received inputs and estimates on this job from other local plumbing companies, some of which are affiliated with home warranty companies I dealt with. While other companies told me I would need to replace the entire pipeline leading to the toilet to fix the problem, Pipedreamz, came in. repaired, and installed the toilet in an hour. Shawn was knowledgeable, friendly, cost-effective, and most of all Shawn knew what he's doing. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Atlanta who has plumbing issues, whether it's a small or big job. Tankless water heater and whole house filtration system review. Shawn and team did an excellent job on my Navien tankless water heater and Springwell whole house water filtration system. This was a big job for me and based on Shawn's 5 star Google reviews I decided to get a quote. I received several quotes and it was clear that Shawn is very committed to a quality install and provided suggestions on quality products. For example, he did a copper installation since my whole house is already copper. Other plumbers were pushing PVC. There are pros and cons to either but I wanted to stick to all copper. I watched countless YouTube videos and came in with a strong opinion about what I wanted. Not all plumbers welcome this but Shawn patiently listened, answered all my questions, watched the YouTube videos, explained everything and was very respectful throughout the whole process. I'm glad I chose Pipedreamz - they made sure this process was a good dream and NOT a nightmare!

We were having water pressure issues in our home, so I called Pipedreamz Plumbing in the late afternoon to see if he could replace the pressure reducing valve in the house. He gave me a reasonable price for the replacement right over the phone, and offered to come and replace the valve the very next day. He came over first thing in the morning and got straight to work, and even replaced a leaking shutoff valve in the house for a reasonable price. All of the work is done now and our water pressure is back to normal. I am highly satisfied with Pipedreamz Plumbing and I'm glad I spent the time to find a reputable company. I will definitely be using Pipedreamz Plumbing again in the future.

Pipedreamz strikes again!! We really appreciate Shawn and Fitz. Pipedreamz did a great job fixing our plumbing issues. It was a messy, tough job and these guys worked hard to get the job done right. It was raining off and on for the two days they were here. We hoped the job would be just a main line snaking, but our old house has funky lines and no clean-out, so we decided to install a clean-out to set us up for the future and install a new toilet. On top of the honest, clear communication during the process, these guys were a blast to work with. They enjoy their work. We’ll be working with them again. We highly recommend.
