“Oof. Not a good experience. Not completely bad, as the lady on the phone was nice. But the quote I was eventually given during the plumber's visit was ridiculously high. Fortunately I knew enough to recognize the gouging that was going on, instead of giving them the green light. Minor dripping from two faucets. I knew what needed to be done...basically a single cartridge replacement for both faucets. But …”
