Roto Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service did an excellent job diagnosing our issue today. Zac was awesome! He was so personable, explained everything to us and in general was awesome. Thank u so much..

We had a main drainpipe clog for our upstairs and they sent someone out very fast. Tony was very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly . He was able to quickly identify the problem and get it resolved. He was very thorough to make sure the problem was resolved and gave a warranty for his services. I would definitely recommend for any issue.

I always go with Roto-Rooter because they come out the same day and they don’t charge an emergency fee. I called a different plumbing company that quoted me $4000 to rip up all the concrete and piping. Roto-Rooter fixed my issue and under $300. Since then I’ve been using them. Specifically, Tony came out to my business in the past three or four months and has done an excellent job. So good, that I will be requesting him to do work at my house.

The guy that came out was great. But he got it unclog within 15mins. But the price was outrageous $364.00 for 15 minutes

Very unprofessional and they don't fix the job they patch it. They don't care about the inconvenience of the customer AFTER you pay them. Then to top it off they have don't have customer service over the phone it was literally a shouting match!

This is a 5-star review only because James and Daniel came and saved the day. After we were informed the first plumber was on his way, an hour and 15 minutes passed and he hadn't shown up. I called to check on him. We received another call that he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He didn't show, but he eventually called to say there was an accident that would delay him. Totally understandable until he arrived impaired. Our plumbing problem was far worse than anticIpated by Roto-Rooter so James and Daniel were called in to run a camera through our pipes. The encounter immediately shifted from a double mess (plumbing problem and impaired plumber) to one of professionalism and total relief because it was immediately apparent our problem would be resolved at a fair price and the work would be high quality. Initially, we were told that Brenton would be working with James to replace our damaged pipe. This would have been a deal-breaker, but management worked with us and let James and Daniel do the work. We appreciate their flexibility and concern for our comfort. James and Daniel are knowledgeable, honest, efficient, clean and neat. Thank you both SO much!

Our toilet overflowed on a Friday morning. Two weeks before Christmas. We called Roto Rooter to come out and fix it. They got their tools stuck in our toilet and left at 2:00 on a Friday afternoon and told us they didn't have the equipment to fix it and would be back on Monday. We went the whole weekend without water. We woke up Sunday morning with our downstairs flooded by sewer water. No one would come out and repair due to Roto Rooter having their equipment stuck in our toilet. It took Roto Rooter 2 more days to finally fix our problem. They continued to have excuses for not coming or destroying our home. I even called the manager and he seems to have excuses and blaming others for the reason of the flooding. "At least You have insurance" is all I got. Three months later and there is still a huge hole in my yard where they have not finished the job. I am just now finding a contractor to come and repair the interior of my home that is costing more than insurance covers. Be forewarned NEVER use Roto Rooter!!!

We had an emergency leak at our house. Discovered when we received monthly utility. We reached out to 3 plumbing companies to find someone who could see us immediately. Roto rooter was the only one to meet with us that same day, 1/5/25. James Wilson came to the house, inspected and hunted down the leak. Turned out more than one, but the major leake was between the meter and the house. He gave us a complete supply and install and clean up price yet that night. They came the next day, (1/6/25). James Wilson and (I believe) Danial (? Please check to ensure the right person gets the credit) completely removed piping from the meter (underground) to the house, and all the 25 yo piping under the house (crawl space)., and replaced all the same day. They were very careful, courteous, and detailed. We are very pleased with the work, especially pleased that they were able to identify the problem(s), and get them fixed, in reality within 24 hours.

Had tech Zak at my house from Roto-Rooter had some plumbing issues. He made sure to take his time to figure out the real cause of the problem, because this has been a reoccurring problem. He didnt just swap out parts like the other company's that came. I told him how every few months I was rebuilding a different fixture in my house. He said that wasn't normal and tested my pressure and it was 130 psi. Which I now know should only be 50 to 60 psi. So he replaced my PRV very quick and for a good price. If the other companies would if done that I would of saved alot if money. So I'm definitely using Roto-Rooter from now on and requesting Tech Zak for sure. Forgot to mention after he changed the PRV the faucet stopped dripping but he went ahead and rebuilt it and did even charge me for it very honest and respectful guy 🙏

Don’t even bother calling this place…. According to Roto-Rooter employees I should’ve just called Scott’s plumbing in Knoxville. I called them out to figure out where the sewer gas smell in my house is coming from and they looked at me and said “I don’t know. I would recommend Scott’s plumbing to come investigate for you.” Followed by “It’s $65 for the service call.” I was absolutely dumbfounded. That is an absolute scam to show up and say you don’t know and to call another plumber then try to charge $65 for that advice. I didn’t pay it because when I booked online it said free. All I can say is call literally anyone else and save yourself some time because I can’t imagine how many people they successfully scam out of $65 to just tell you to call another plumber.

i am a DIY home owner...i did my best to fix a sewer back up...bathtub and commode filled with sewage to the top after a load of washing machine rinse...dug the septic tank opening closest to the house and just a trickle of waste...after jetting for several hours from the septic tank with no results it was time to call the professionals Rotor-rooter showed up the same day to the rescue... within 1/2 hour after a failed snake attempt to clear the blockage the video recorder was fired up. The sewage pipe was broken and plugged. They didn't leave me but came back to repair the entire system and made sure everything was working. now we can use the commode, shower, washing machine and dishwasher again.

After realizing that I could not change the leaking kitchen faucet on my own, I needed professional assistance. I tried calling another company and got no answer, I then called Roto Rooter. James and Daniel showed up within the given time frame, looked things over, and we decided it’s best to fix everything now. I already had the faucet, James said they have the parts required; I was told the work should take about an hour, I think it was less than that. The price was reasonable, the work is very efficient and the guys are respectable. My mom and I are very happy with the work. Great job guys! THANK YOU James and Daniel!

They'll tell you a tech will call but they won't. They'll give you a window of time that the tech is supposed to show up, they're going to miss the window and reschedule without letting you know. Then when you cancel the appointment completely, the tech will still show up 2 hours past the rescheduled window without notice just for you to tell them you've canceled the appointment. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

I broke down on the side of the road and Zax pulled over to help me. He made sure I got my car up n running and even called me to make sure I made it home safely. Even tho it didn't pertain to his plumbing job, it shows his character and empathy to help me with my car instead of driving by like everyone else. It really restored my faith in humanity when he helped me, a complete stranger. Thank you Zax I appreciate you!
