Lydia was very pleasant and quickly booked an appointment for next day. Ian showed up on-time , friendly and polite. Ian not only repaired my garbage disposal without replacing it but fixed a knob that a previous plumber with another company put on crooked.
The best company my home warranty company has ever sent out for appliance repair. Hot water heater quit. Ian, called before with 30 minute notice. Company and Ian texted message updates on window for service. Replaced the bad thermostat and Checked the rest of the components while here, and got us back with hot water quick. Very professional. Polite!
Excellent company and Jesse was an exemplary service man who went way above and beyond in helping us resolve our toilet and line blockage issues until they were completely taken care of. I highly recommend this company and to the owner - please give Jesse a huge raise!! He is awesome and a great asset to the company. So is Lydia- the customer service representative who took my calls and got us the fastest service possible. She is excellent as well!!
Jesse did a great job. He contacted me about 30 minutes before showing up, was courteous and professional, clean, cut and respectful of my home. He completed the toilet repair in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him and his company.
