If looking for an honest family company who will be thorough about the work and communicate clearly the entire process, we could not recommend R&A Plumbing enough. They saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. This is a company that cares about people and doing excellent work. Thank you Misty and Jeff!

This is great company to work with that I would highly recommend!!! They communicate with you throughout the whole process and deliver exactly what they say they will. Extremely friendly and always take the time to answer any questions you may have. Jeff & Misty and their team are great!!!

They were great. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again. They did exactly what they said, they would do. For the initial bid. My thoughts were they were nice and very knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would and discussed what could and could not be done. I let them replace all the water and sewer pipes under the house and they did a great job. They were very thoughtful of the renter living in the home. They did exactly what we discussed in our initial bid discussion. We are very happy with the job they did. I will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing problems.

You have a rogue driver going down San Jose almost causing three different crashes. Seems to love the merge without a signal with the "oh you'll stop" motto

Followup, 03-31-2026. Got the well pump connected last year, runs, um, well. System as set up by R&A works as redesigned no problems. I needed a yard hydrant installed. Had the hydrant, T-post (and driver), gravel, found the underground line to tap into, trenched 24 feet away so it would be closer to the house, Jeff came out for an estimate and then again within five days to connect the hydrant. He was here and gone in well under 45 minutes for the price quoted which I thought was more than reasonable. Well pump puts out a lot more water than the house pump from the holding tank/cistern and was worth the time, effort and expense to have done. Got another project I’ll be completing hopefully by fall - plumbing a garage shop/dog washing station - and trust R&A to do as good a job as before, won’t even shop around for another estimate. They say when you find a good plumber or an electrician, keep them. They know their stuff. ***************************************** Original review, 2024 (?) Wow. These guys are good. Showed up on time. THAT counts for a LOT in my book. Jeff Galberth interpreted, applied, and IMPROVED my amateur "circuit design" for a holding tank/boost pump and managed to get it all installed in a matter of hours in a very tight space with some room to spare. What's more, he didn't laugh at my design. His crew also got a HEAVY cast iron tub from a garage 70 feet away from the house, through a bedroom window an into an unfinished bathroom without damaging anything. This was all done very professionally and in a timely manner. And I have no complaints about the price. MUCH better than what I've come to expect outside a large metropolitan city back east (and won't miss a bit). Unfortunately, the well still isn't connected yet but I have his assurances the system should work and to call if there are ANY leaks or problems. Praying it doesn't. I went with R&A at the advice of a neighbor of mine who did extensive reviews of local plumbers and told me she was very happy with the work done on her house and outbuildings. I went with her choice and am glad I did. I think you will be too.

I wanted to hire a plumber that wasn’t a large well known company because I thought they would immediately tell me to replace my tankless water heater without any real evaluation. I found RA plumbing on the internet and noticed they had over 500 5-star reviews. Jeff’s wife answered the phone on the Friday after Christmas and was very polite and scheduled me first thing the next Monday morning. Jeff and Will came to my home at the beginning of my 2 hour slot. They were very professional and polite and gave me all my options. They serviced my tankless water heater and told me next steps. I will use them again as I trust their judgment and pricing.

Our 40 gallon 3 year old hot water heater failed and we had water all over our garage. I called R & A Plumbing and with 2 hours the guys arrived, removed the water heater and found the problem. We discussed options replacement tank or tankless water heaters. Both pros and cons were talked about and after discussion we decided to go with a tankless unit. They went right to work on the installation, heavy downpours didn’t slow their progress at all. Within a few short hours we were up and running with hot water. Great job by R & A Plumbing, we highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I have a 5 and 3 year old and one of them decided to flush a skin care bottle down our toilet and caused it to get clogged. Will came out and was able to lift it up and carefully get the bottle out without causing any damage. He was so kind and extremely knowledgeable of all these child related accidents. I can’t recommend this company and Will enough. I hope to not have to give you all a call anytime soon but if it comes to it, I will not call any other company. Thank you for all you do! If I could give this company and Will 100 stars I would!

Talk about a company with SO MANY happy customers! This is EXACTLY how every business should be! Misty and her company always go above and beyond to ensure your plumbing needs are met to the highest standard! When it comes to your plumbing, you want it to work or else you're going to have issues. They also offer an AMAZING whole house water filtration system! When I get a house someday, I plan on getting their water filtration system so that ALL of our water can be clean! Thank you Misty for always serving your customers above and beyond! :)

R&A is a company that truly cares about taking care of its customers and treating others as they would want to be treated. We experienced a water loss issue last year, which led to the discovery of other plumbing issues in our home. They went above and beyond to get to the root of the issue. They were completely honest and ultimately saved us a significant amount of money and time. It's challenging to find an honest company that doesn't try to take advantage of its customers. I trust R&A for any of my plumbing needs!

We had no hot water. Called R & A around 8 in the morning. They were able to come to our house in the morning and gave us options on a new water heater. We agreed on solution and price, they ordered water heater from local a supplier. They came back early afternoon removed old water heater, installed new heater, cleaned up the area and hauled away the old materials. WE HAD HOT WATER THE SAME DAY. The people from R & A were very courteous, professional, and knew what they were doing.

Jeff and crew came to install a gas line extension for us in our house. First thing we loved was the text message confirming the appointment included his picture... Jeff was courteous, knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable with everything we wanted to do. On installation day the team arrived on time, worked hard, got the job done and got out... Most important to me. They cleaned up after themselves. We'll use these guys again for future projects.

I have needed plumbers off and on for the last 3 years--we bought a neglected and misused house, and then we hired someone who screwed it up even more...I will always call R & A as my plumbers- seriously, I won’t use anyone else. These guys re-piped all my water lines, haven't had another issue with them. We found a leak (from the earlier contractor) and they fixed it up quickly. - R & A is literally the best

Plumbing problems BEYOND normal. Both Caden & Janson were professional but friendly. It eased my mind that they were able to lead me in a direction that I didn't know about. I feel they went over the top to answer questions I didn't even know to ask! The estimate fee was by far the best! I would 100% refer this company to any I've ever used for my home. You can not go wrong employing this company!!

Jeffrey has been very easy to communicate with and responds promptly. he is doing a lot of work for us so he just started but speaking with him has been wonderful because he is very informative and explains clearly that we common people can understand, I also appreciate that he sends detailed quotes for each part of the job and what is all included in the pricing. I would definitely recommend him
