Alex & Bros Plumbing

Alex was quick to respond, prompt, and courteous when we called him. He visited our property, looked into the plumbing issue with us, and installed a bi-directional bullhorn cleanout to support future pipe access and maintenance. He was easy and enjoyable to speak with, communicated with us during the visit, and kept the process straightforward. Overall, we appreciated his time and assistance.

I called Alex & Bros on Monday about to 2 outdoor hose bibs; both were leaking. He was able to come over that day and replace both brass outdoor valves. The front hose bib was soldered onto copper piping in close proximity to other soldered connections. Alex had to heat up the faucet and remove it without melting all the other connections in close proximity. Alex had no problem removing the old faucet without melting other copper connections. Alex supplied all the parts. It has been leaking for years; those 2 faucets were the only 2 remaining original valves in the house, built in 1980. See how badly the faucet was leaking. The yard sprinkler was running; see the old valve leaking water. New Front yard hose bib New hose bibs with all the new shiny parts The good news is the front hose is working great. Like Johnny Bench said, "No runs No Drips No Errors" The hose is reattached, and nothing leaks. It will take a while for the ground to dry out. In the past; when ever I used the garden hose, the water was leaking in the hose reel area. Alex’s great workmanship will cause these new hose bibs to last for decades.

Wanted to replace my 20 year old bathroom sink facets. There were 5 old faucets. Alex arrived on time and inspected all of the faucets thoroughly. He showed me each faucet and the connections under the sink.. He pointed out a few rusted and corroded shut off valves and lines and recommended replacing them.He then proceeded to remove old faucets and install new ones.The finished product looks and works great. The work was neat and area was left clean. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Alex to anyone wanting quality work!

Alex was fantastic! Water heater went out Friday night. I sent him pictures and he quoted us a more than fair price. He was at our home by 9am Saturday morning. We’re in Surprise and he drove to Scottsdale prior to arriving, to get us a great tank. This was our first time experiencing a broken/leaky water heater and he made the experience smooth and stress free. Alex and Bros was referred to us by a mutual friend/client and I can’t recommend them enough. Alex recommended a couple changes and added a drip tub at no extra charge. We discovered a leak from our backyard faucet yesterday, called Alex last night and he was here the next morning! Very kind and professional, explained everything in detail and incredibly reasonably priced. Finished the job in an hour and half and we couldn’t be happier! We definitely recommend Alex and will be using him in the future!
