“I am a female who now knows some basic plumbing, due to the laziness or lack of knowledge from a particular plumber from this company. I was charged $188.00 for the plumber to tell me my toilet was clogged and he advised me to go buy a new one. My husband and I fixed the toilet within 15 minutes. Buyer Beware!”
“Over priced... They look what needs to be done in a magic book and give you some crazy price.. They don't care if it takes 1 hour or 10 hours.. it's one price.. so to fix a drip could cost $500 if that is what their book says...even if it takes their plumber 5 minutes to fix.. CRAZY!!!
