“Overpriced! Less than an hour to detect and fix a simple leak in the end of a copper pipe fix-was billed $247.00. Should have used "In-Line" plumbing company in Utah (as I have before) at $120.00 an hour.”
“I had a clogged drain. I tried Parleys first, and because of the mess and urgency, I didn’t think to get a second quote and ended up spending at least $2,000 more than I should have for the fix. I wouldn’t trust them anymore.”
“I recently had PPM come to my house to replace an outdoor drinking fountain bubbler. He came to the house at noon took a look went to get the part, came back, turned off water, changed part, turned on water, checked part in under an hour. Then brought the bill of $287!!!! There was no breakdown of the bill... ie, how much for part, how much for labor. When my husband asked how much he had paid for the part, he told …”
