I have a floor drain in my mechanical room that was draining slow when the water softener cycled. I called Roto-Rooter in Salt Lake City, Utah and they said they couldn't give prices over the phone and they would send a plumber over for free and look at it and give me a price and if it was acceptable to me they would fix it right then. The gave me a 4 hour time frame for later that day and after 4 hours they called and said they were running late. After another hour or so, 2 guys showed up and I said I just wanted them to snake 10 feet or so because I was sure it just need snaked a little way because it was close to the main line drain and nothing else in the house was having problems. They said it would be $435 to snake a 1 1/2 to 2 inch drain! I almost fell over and the guy just stared me down. I said something like, wow, that's way more than I thought and he just said that's what is it. I showed them the door... Then I went to the tool rental place and rented a small snake on a drill for $20 and it took me 10 minutes to clean it out. I will NEVER call these rip off artists again!

Least reliable service out there. Use a different company. I cancelled a bunch of work meetings to get them out at a certain time and they never showed up. I’m really mad, I waited for hours and hours missing my meetings for nothing. Don’t use this company!!!

This was our second sewer backup in 4 months. I used another company the first time but changed to Roto Rooter this time. Adrian came in and diagnosed the issue and had restoration here just in case they were needed. He was friendly and answered my questions and fixed the issue quickly. I’ve found my sewer company!! Update: a few months after this I used Roto Rooter again to snake a toilet in my spare bathroom that my granddaughter had flushed tweezers and TP down. The first tech said he snaked to the joint and it did flush but still gurgled which he claimed would clear after a couple flushes. Within 24 hours we were backed up again. The second time Adrian came back and argued with me that it had been done properly the first time that something else had been put down it—it had not expect liquid. He then took the toilet brush and shoved it like a plunger into the drain hole and splashed nasty water all over the bathroom requiring a deep clean of the entire space. Adrian got the water drained and claimed it was fixed. The next day it was backed up worse than before. I called Any Hour and the tech came out within the hour, removed the toilet something not done both times Roto Rooter came out and ran the auger snake over 15 feet into the line. You literally heard the tweezers and backup clear as they pushed them through the pipe. It was finally actually fixed! No more issues! I will never trust the arrogance of Roto Rooter again.

We recently hired Roto-Rooter to diagnose and repair a major issue with our main sewer line, and I couldn’t be more impressed, especially with Max and Ricky. From the initial inspection to the full excavation and repair, their team was professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. They walked us through all the options and kept us informed throughout the entire project. The excavation was incredibly complicated, but done efficiently and with a lot of care for our property. If you’re dealing with a sewer line issue, I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. They delivered high quality work with excellent customer service from start to finish.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had them line our sewer in March of 2023 and they flooded our basement with 5 inches of water. It has been a nightmare trying to get our basement put back together. The project manager Gordon assured us that they would take care of everything and not to worry. They hired Pronto Pack Out to "inventory" all our damaged personal property, they put wet items in boxes and stored them for 7 months letting them mildew. We have over 500 pictures of water damaged items and now battling with insurance. Worst experience with any company I have ever had. They don't deserve the one star It forces me to give.

The tech and his trainee were incredible. They were efficient, fun to talk to, walked me through the entire process, and charged a reasonable flat rate for their work. Would highly recommend ADI and his trainee. They cleaned it my main drain line for $508. They are running a promotion where a food drive donation gets you $55 off your service so my total was $453. Also included in our price was a guy to come out and run a camera down the main drain line to make sure everything is intact because they had a hard time getting through a section at the end. Definitely recommend them!

I called several plumbing companies, and Quick Quality Plumbing was the only one able to get someone out immediately. Jaren arrived promptly and was fantastic from start to finish. His communication was on point—he walked me through the entire process and kept me updated every step of the way. The quality of his work was exceptional, and he made everything easy to understand. I would highly recommend Quick Quality Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had a very pleasant experience with the dispatcher and the services connecting me with the tech. My tech was not very good however. When he initially started my repair he left the fixture in a place where it ended up getting broken. When he was searching for a replacement, he claimed he couldn’t find one locally and it would be up to two weeks for a replacement. I then had to search to find one on my own and I did end up finding one locally. Over not a great experience.

Abdul was the most kind and very respectful of my family being at home while he's working. Abdul made sure he fixed the issue before leaving. While he was working my family prayed for successful repair. This is the first time in 7yrs we lived here, having someone come fix our toilets. It was a minor issue but to us looks big. Abdul took his job seriously and very diligent. I would recommend calling Roto-Rooters and ask for Abdul. Thank you Abdul.

I had my water heater replaced recently and the service was great. The technician came on time, explained everything clearly, and finished the job quickly. He made sure everything worked well before he left and cleaned up the area. I also got a $500 discount, which made it even better. The new water heater works perfectly, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work.

My husband and I are doing a home remodel and needed a toilet flange repair... it was WAY overpriced (tried to ask for a better quote for pricing but was denied) We were eager to just get it done as soon as possible so we paid the hefty price anyways. 3 weeks later we scheduled an inspection for a leaky pipe problem and they were more than 2 hours late and unreachable when I called. We are very disappointed with our experience.

Service Guy was great and very kind. Prices have just been increasing significantly every year which is a little disappointing as the regular main line maintenance service we are having them do doesn’t require any new equipment from year to year and is done in less than an 1 hour time. 4 stars because of price, not the customer service.
