The On Call service person, Alex, came out same day to diagnose our broken AC unit. He did a great job explaining the problem. And provided a very reasonably priced estimate. When we decided to go ahead with the repair, Alex was again prompt; he quickly made the repair; our AC unit worked perfect. He was very professional, and he knows his stuff. I look forward to giving my business to Alex and On Call in the future.

Cam came out to complete maintenance on our HVAC system and was very thorough. He explained everything clearly and what our options were. We had him come back to complete the repairs. He took his time and made sure that everything was done correctly and the unit was working. I appreciate everything he has done to get the unit back into top working order. He is a great asset to On Call! Thank you for everything!

Nathan helped us out a lot with a leaky shower faucet that was out of my league. He provided an estimate that was very close to the $$$ number I thought it would be and discussed our options. He was very professional and conscientious about our carpets.
