Good job clearing out our drain house to septic tank. Used the camera system to position and jet out roots in three places in a 75' run of clay tile. Cleared it right out. Tech recommended that a plastic liner be run thru. This was done in 40 degee drizzle.

My son recommended New Albany Plumbing & Drain from his experiences. They were the perfect solution for my broken garbage disposal. I called at 10:00 A.M. hoping for an appointment that day. I was immediately impressed when I heard a live voice. Alexis was so accomodating by scheduling an appointment that day between noon and 5:00 PM. Chris called at 2:00 PM to tell me he would arrive in the next 15 minutes. He arrived and immediately went to work providing me with a total estimate to install my purchased disposal. Chris is very personable and provided me with valuable information regarding the use of the disposal. He completed the installation, cleaned the area, and was in his vehicle by 3:45 PM. I was impressed with his punctuality, professionalism, and work quality. I will use New Albany Plumbing & Drain for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Had a jammed garbage disposal. Called in near the end of the business day and they were out early the next morning. Quick, friendly and professional. I'll definitely give them a call again if I need service.

Very misleading website. False Advertising. Says “free quote” and “request estimate” on their website. Then they charge a service fee when they come out, even if you don’t proceed with any work. Just awful. Photos of the website are attached. This is so misleading. It very clearly says free quote and estimate for plumbing issues. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I hope this company doesn’t deceive any future customers. Please change your website so it doesn’t say “free quote”.

Zero stars.... i got a text saying the technician is on his way at eight o'clock, the tracker link didn't work so I couldn't tell exactly what time he was coming. I called at nine o'clock, saying it's been an hour, when is he coming?And the lady said he should be there any minute. Later I got a call from him, saying it's gonna be here another 45 minutes.. he shows up. I show him where the issue is, he brings out his phone and says it's $400.. he didn't look or try a thing. And I told him that's not what we agreed to on the phone with $99 plus any labor and it hasn't even been started yet. I told I'm not gonna pay it. And then I called the service back. Talked to another lady and she said she'd call me back after I told her the story she has yet to call me back..

The team at New Albany Plumbing and Drain was great about clear communication up front, and out softener and sump pump installation was done exactly as planned, paying attention to our preferences as it was done. Results so far are good!

The tech replaced the main water shut off valve. He had everything needed to do the job in one visit. Very well done I recommend them and will use them again if I have a plumbing need.
