“You don't call Roto-Rooter because the guy will show up, stand outside on the phone talking about how he's mad he had to take this call when he's supposed to almost be done with his shift, not have the 4" tool that will actually clear the pipe so only cut a hole big enough to drain the water but want you to make another appointment to have somebody come back and then have the nerve to charge you $590 and say that …”
