Your company sent out your finest tech to service my needs of clogged drains in my two sinks. Your tech, Brandon Farley is an outstanding employee who answered all of my questions and he showed me in detail what kind of work was needed and broke the invoice down in great detail for me. too. Brandon is an employee that all of you in upper management should be very proud of to say the least. Very satisfied!!
Mr. Rooter’s team helped me get through the unsettling experience of having to replace my sewer connection from house to sidewalk. They were quick to respond, very professional, patient and thorough in answering my questions, and mindful to keep the inevitable “relandscaping” to as much of a minimum as possible. Noah, Nate, Kyle, and Sam were some of this team’s members. Thank you all for a job well done!
Absolutely was impressed with the knowledge of the 2 gentlemen I interacted with. Not only that but the work they did was at the highest level of quality. I was referred to them from a family friend and it’s clear why. They will forever be my go to for any future problems I may encounter. Amazing work!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Rooter. During previous visits, they only charged a standard diagnostic fee, and that fee would be applied toward the total cost if I agreed to proceed with the recommended work. That was fair and consistent. However, this time was completely different. No actual work was performed, yet I was immediately quoted over $400 just to move a washer/dryer to access the system—something that had never been charged in prior visits. On top of that, the previous invoice clearly stated that a water sample was already taken and would be sent to the lab. When I called to follow up, Adam was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me that I “don’t value his time,” said he didn’t have time to talk unless I was ready to pay more, and then rushed to end the call. This was very frustrating, as I had already paid for the initial service and was simply trying to understand what happened and what the next steps were. Overall, the pricing felt inconsistent and the customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
The Mr Rooter team performed hydrojetting and inspected my sanitary line. They replaced about 15-20 feet of my sanitary line, which was mostly worn away and had roots growing into the line. They were professional and courteous and worked quickly to replace the old piping. The team was very informative of the work and offered different payment plans and options. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work!
