This could have been a horrible day but was made better because of Fry! …”
“Although I had to pay $150 for the HVAC tech to come out for 10 minutes to tell me that they had to send the plumber instead which would be a minimum of another $250 due to the time of day, both guys were nice and friendly. I do feel like should get at least part of my $150 refunded to me, how is a customer supposed to know what service they need if it all goes to the furnace?”
