Roto Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Amaze amaze amaze. We tried a different plumber who told us that we had to get a clean out installed and they couldn’t unclog until that was done. On Friday. On a holiday weekend. We called roto rooter for a second opinion and they came out. Unclogged it enough to get through the night and finished up the job Saturday morning. For an extremely reasonable price. We are so grateful. Thank you. 10/10 will always call first.

I'll start by saying, I have one bathroom. What happens to my toilet, and for how long, matters. I called Roto Rooter and easily scheduled an appointment to come look at what I correctly assumed was a wax seal that needed to be replaced, and then a potentially bigger, more costly problem with the main waste stack downstairs (or whatever it's called). I had no problem scheduling - and they understood I work from home and needed the time range to accommodate that. They met my booking needs and before I knew it, Tommy (Thomas) rang my door bell and became my new hero. In all seriousness, he understood the limitations I was working with (schedule, $$, and one bathroom), and he worked diligently to solve what was an unexpected added issue of there being NO SUBFLOOR in my bathroom. I've been in the house a few yrs, and I had no idea. He explained what he was doing, every step of the way, and he called me in to see what he was talking about when necessary. He provided me his honest opinions, and his expert advice, and he gave me options - which was the most appreciated part of the visit. He even went out of his way to create a solution to the "no sub floor" predicament, bc I couldn't afford to call someone in to rip up the linoleum and redo the bathroom floor on top of what would be the needed toilet fix as well. Bottom line, he fixed the toilet to my satisfaction - and hopefully it will stay sealed until I'm able to remodel the bathroom entirely - but he was honest enough to let me know that might not be the case (bc of how the seal was resting w/out a subfloor) - and we determined together that the other issue w/the main stack in the basement wasn't one that needed addressing at the present time. (Unfortunately, I still hear the pipe moving, so I could be calling Tommy back sooner than I'd hoped). While it wasn't cheap, I know it also could have been much more expensive, and with a less than satisfactory repair. Tommy was incredibly skilled, very kind, and I have no problem at all recommending Roto Rooter and Tommy.

The call to have a tech come out was a breeze. They came out the next day because it was not an emergency for me. They were to the house by 11 am and gone by 11:45. My tech was DeDe, a very nice young man who was straight up and took the time to explain what my issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. He did the work, let me know he was done and all with a smile. I appreciate that I've never been disappointed with this company.

Great tech! I was impressed with his professional manner. He explained everything and was very intelligent and respectful. However someone from the office called to tell me they overcharged me by $340 I believe and they said they would send it to me by mail but I have not received it it's been a week or over a week maybe. I assume that's because he did not do the pipe from the house to the street and I did wonder about that because I know what it sounds like. So please send me a check thanks!

The young guy that came and worked on our very grease clogged kitchen sink was amazing! Super clean, explained everything and checked downstairs to make sure there were no leaks in the drain cleaning process. Also so great about explaining everything to our little kids and letting them watch the whole process. Highly recommend!
