We called roto rooter for a second opinion and they came out. Unclogged it enough to get through the night and finished up the job Saturday morning. For an extremely reasonable price. “I'll start by saying, I have one bathroom. What happens to my toilet, and for how long, matters. I called Roto Rooter and easily scheduled an appointment to come look at what I correctly assumed was a wax seal that needed to be replaced, and then a potentially bigger, more costly problem with the main waste stack downstairs (or whatever it's called).
