“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We contacted this company the end of May and they came out and charged us $450 to unclog our toilet (all they did was to take the toilet out and run the snake). Later when we called Roto-Rooter for the same service, they said they would charge $200.”

I called and they had a nice young man come out and assess the job, but then when they saw where I lived he had to take pictures and discuss how much to charge. “If I could leave no stars I would. We called Mr. Rooter to unclog a sewer line back in March 2020. The technician came out and said he would need to spray/ hose the clog. The first time the technician put the hose into the clean-out wrong and sprayed sewage all over the roof of the house. He then attempted to spray the clog a second time, again he put the hose in wrong and sewage sprayed up from every toilet, drain, …”
