Friday before a holiday weekend. Kitchen sink is dripping. Will the drip get worse when no one is around and cause water damage? We called Miranda Plumbing who dispatched Norby immediately. Norby did work for us previously and was a familiar face. He determined the cause of the leak and made the necessary repairs within an hour. We are grateful to Miranda Plumbing, and Norby for the quick, efficient and competent help in a very short while.
Your technician was here the same day I called. He was able to salvage one unit… and the replacement parts for the second unit should be here by the end of this week…. Pricey, yes. But he as here for three hours and before he left one unit was up and running. Better than being informed we needed two new units.

Vincent was superb. Knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He kept us informed throughout and detected a potentially serious issue that we were not aware . Very pleased. I would add that he returned the following day and replaced our hot water heater. The job was done with excellence and efficiency. Vincent is a caring and courteous person. We are very happy with his work!
