I had a fantastic experience working with Cooke’s Plumbing & Septic. Their technician, Kerly Meus and trainee, were both professional! Kerly is clearly an expert in his field. We had to find where the septic tank was located as the owners were not sure. He walked me through the entire process, patiently addressing all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. And very cheery dispositions which made the whole process fun too! The job was completed efficiently and with great attention to cleanliness, which I relayed back to the owners. I am the Realtor handling the sale of this property and this septic clean out had to be done prior to closing. So I am grateful they booked the appointment in time and did a great job! It is really greatly appreciated!

I’ve used Cook’s Septic Service for the past seven years and have always had a very positive experience with their team. They’ve been reliable and professional whenever I’ve needed routine service. Unfortunately, when I recently called for an emergency pump-out, I was told their was no available service in my area this month and the earliest availability would be April. That was very disappointing given the urgency of septic issues and my long history as a customer. While my past experiences have been excellent, this situation was frustrating and something customers in the area should be aware of.
