Our kitchen drain was draining slow and clogged eventually. We called roto rooter and they sent Demetrius to solve our issue. Demetrius was very professional and kind and answered all my questions. He was informative and made me feel at easy with the whole process. He cleared the clog and had us back up and running. I would definitely call roto rooter back and ask for Demetrius.

Needed 3 kitchen sink water shut off valves replaced non emergency, due to originals were 35 years old. Everything was done professionally and the tech was great. The only issue was the $600 plus parts cost. But I also realize you have to pay up for professional service.
Got an estimate for $800 to fix the above ground leak on the side of my house. Didnt even look at it for an entire minute, didnt tell me anything about what was wrong just said I can fix for $800. I laughed in his face and said no, then the price went down to $600 then $480. WHAT A SCAM. Got the repair done from someone else for $260, this company or that tech was a scam artist!!!!! DO NOT USE
