Miracle plumbing was amazing with my elderly dad. They were on time with their first visit. After an accident that resulted in a water line being cut, the business was so on top of making sure the issue was fixed exactly how my dad wanted it. They made several trips to the house to make sure he wasn’t without kitchen water until the new faucet was available to be installed. They were honest and made sure everything was in order before signing off on the job. All of their service techs were friendly and very patient. Very standup company. We were very impressed. Thank you so much.
Miracle Plumbing's technician, Doug, did an excellent job today restoring hot water to our kitchen sink (Hooray!) and replacing three different faucets in our home. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Goodbye leaky, dripping faucets! Doug even went the extra mile to inform us that our Delta faucets were guaranteed for life and could be replaced later at NO replacement cost (labor only) if we called Delta and saved the model number. We couldn't ask for a nicer plumber.
Fast & excellent service!! Very thankful for them fixing my furnace!
Miracle Plumbing, Heating and Cooling I requested service and an appointment was scheduled, with a $69 fee just to come out. When they arrived, I explained the issue, and they immediately said there was nothing they could do. Despite no work being performed, I was then charged an additional $75 simply for being there. This felt absolutely unreasonable and like a money grab. A reputable plumbing company should be upfront about fees and limitations before the visit—not charge extra for work that was never done.
Horrible experience!! Do NOT use!! The trip charge is was quoted wasnt what I was charged, and apparently the technicians determine what your service charges are! I was charged over $350 for a warranty replacement of heating elements in my hot water tank.... Definitely wont ever being using these guys again!!
I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience. I called the company to have a plumber come out to my rental property to fix the only toilet that a disabled tenant had fallen and knocked over the toilet. The toilet wasn't even connected to the floor and the supply line was broken off. I found the plumber they sent out to be rude and not wanting to do any actual work. The plumber showed up to my rental property on Monday at 3pm. He told me the tenant broke the flange and the pipe it connects too. He then told me that he won't be able to fix the toilet because they have a strict stopping time of 4:30pm and they can't work after that time. He told me to call 2 different 24hour plumbing companies as they wouldn't be able to come out to fix the toilet until Friday. I was charged their $70 service fee and a $65 inspection fee $137 for 10 min of work as I stated above the toilet want connected at all. He quoted me $789 to fix the toilet on Friday if I chose to wait. Unfortunately all of the 24 hour company were already on other jobs and would be able to come out till closer to 10pm. I in turn had to buy bed side toilet people use after surgeries to hold the tenant over till I could get it fixed. The first thing the next morning I had a different plumber come out he showed me that the flange and the pipe were just fine. He put a adapter on top of the flange and reconnected the toilet and was done in 45 min that was with the time to run to his shop for parts. Total bill fir the repair was $137 $2 more than for them to come out and lie to me. Refuse to do the work I called them to do. I personally tried to call the plumbing manager Jeff 2 times with no call back at all. Do your self a favor and call someone else.
I wish I could leave 0 stars for this company. Dominion East Ohio Gas offers "service coverage" for sewer lines, gas lines, furnace/AC, etc for a monthly fee to cover repairs on these items with a small "deductible" payable at the time of service. This past Thursday night, March 1, 2018, the furnace quit at my old house where my ex still resides. He called the customer service number and Miracle Heating was dispatched out on Friday March 2. The repair person came out and informed him due to the age of the furnace he didn't have a part readily available but will have one Monday March 5. There was no sense of urgency at all. Now mind you, it was only in the 30s that weekend with the lows dipping into the 20s and with no heat at all it didn't take long for the temp to drop inside. The technician did suggest he could call Dominion and have them send someone else (and pay another deductible) if he wanted to. My ex is 70 years old on a fixed income. Shame on Miracle Heating for leaving a 70 yr old man with no heat for 3 days! You mean there was NOWHERE to get a part before Monday? Or was it just too much of an inconvenience to drive because you are located in Canton and you were sent on a job to Warren? Unacceptable.
I wasn't sure who to call for a kitchen faucet that needed repaired. I thought I'd try Miracle Plumbing. They said they'd send "Brian" out to handle the job. A guy named "Dave" showed up. He said he had many years of experience. (good thing he told me cause I wouldn't have ever known) He replaced the cartridge in my faucet. He seemed to have some difficulty putting it back together. After he was finished, the faucet handle could be turned all the way around. He said a metal part in the faucet was going bad & I could probably call the manufacturer & get a new one. After he left, I found a part he neglected to put back in. I called Miracle again. This time, "Brian" really came. (He is very nice & seemed to know what he was doing.) He got my faucet fixed properly. When I spoke to my friend about the incident, she told me that everyone she knows says to stay away from Miracle because they are way too expensive. They charge you a hefty fee just to drive to your house & tell you what's wrong/give an estimate. I probably won't call them in the future !
TL;DR: Exterior Water Line Replacement due to low pressure. Rescheduled on 4 separate occasions. 5/30, 6/9, 6/18, 6/19, all of which(except 5/30) were same day cancelations with a phone call at 7:30 AM. then finally completed on 7/3. Destroyed our outdoor electrical box, downspout, and yard in the process and did not try whatsoever to leave in "excellent condition" as the website suggests. Buried a whole tree we had in the front of our house during the refilling of excavated dirt, and took 10 days to get a call back about reimbursement of our tree. Didn't check to make sure work was properly completed, as we had a notice from the water company saying they're going to shut off our water since they didn't reconnect the meter lines. Their 4.7 star rating is total bologna today. I believe this company probably used to be way better as the 4.7 star rating with 600 reviews is very hard to maintain, but almost all of their recent reviews are poor. I would recommend you not use this company under any circumstance.
A very negative first time experience with Miracle Plumbing. Miracle Plumbing was sent out for my Home Warranty for a leaking hot water tank; the technician claimed he could not find the source of the water and claimed the tank was not leaking and my claim was denied. I checked the housing of the tank and the housing was full of water. I called Miracle back and explained the tank was definitely leaking and questioned why the Technician was unable to figure out such a simple and obvious issue. The person over the phone was unhelpful and ignored my questions and responded she will dispatch another tech. At that point I told Miracle Plumbing to not bother and I'd pursue other options. The technician also removed some parts looking for the leak he claimed he couldn't find and left them on the floor I discovered after he left. Pros - they do answer the phone and were on time Cons - the technician was awful and wasted my time and the office didn't seem overly concerned with my feedback.
Our house had a gas leak, so we called Miracle Plumbing and Heating and told them we needed someone to check and repair our gas line. We were told it would be $69 for someone to come out as an inspection fee, which we agreed to. The service arrived, our pipes were looked at for two minutes and we were told it would be about a thousand dollars for a gas line test. A thousand. When we told the company we needed a gas leak repaired. We called another company and were told a line test could be done for less. Miracle Plumbing promptly charged us $69 and went on their way. This standardized line test cost could have been told over the phone and saved us time and money. If you wish to go with Miracle Plumbing and Heating, make sure to ask a lot of questions.
Had them come out to check our AC unit, and while the job got done, their professionalism was severely lacking. They asked us if we had equipment that they needed to perform the job, the technician that came out called for a second to come out to bring a ladder (when he had one on his truck) resulting in (to my understanding) an extra charge, letting us hear the unpleasant exchange with a fellow technician in the process. After letting them know we did not have a shop vac (another piece of equipment we figured they would have had) we told them we would finish up the clean up to try and avoid any other additional charges. In the end our unit is working fine, but we will not be calling them in the future. It was an extremely disappointing experience.
Miracle has no business working on steam heating. They installed a new boiler at my house. Several of the radiators don't heat much, if at all. And there is a terrifying amount of water hammering during the winter. I've now had three different heating repairmen out to my house to offer opinions and estimates. They unanimously agreed that there are serious problems with the existing installation: they failed to account for the lower waterline of the new boiler so my wet returns are now all dry returns, and the headers are piped all higgledy-piggledy (and in copper) and don't allow for enough of a rise off the waterline, etc. So now I'm looking at several thousand dollars to rectify all the mistakes they made.
i seriously am just at a loss for words - not only were we rescheduled four times (weather, staff having family emergencies and issues with our gas line not being located like it was supposed to be) and pushed back from our initial date of 5/30 to 7/3, but when the work was done one of our trees was completely missing. they completely buried our sand cherry in the 6ft trench they dug. our downspout connecter/adapter is also smashed now and our electrical box that we have out front is completely hanging off. just so unprofessional and careless in handling our outdoor items - not to mention they are ignoring us despite calling and leaving messages twice regarding the next course of action.
Paid $7,000 for a new furnace and AC and Miracle installed a cheaper furnace by mistake. When it was brought to Greg's attention he asked us to keep the less expensive model already installed with no refund for the difference. Miracle came 2 months later and installed the correct furnace and destroyed our basement floor. Left us with the mess to mop then repaint the floor from the damages by the technician. Greg never apologized for the error and sent me to his manager Jeff that didn't take any accountability for the errors or damages. We paid upfront and was avoided repeatedly. Now 3 months later they finally finished the job. I wouldn't recommend EVER!
