“I hired them to fix a busted sewer pipe to my house. They left the side of my house a mess. Tore up my driveway and didn't attempt to make it decent to drive on. He was supposed to cap a pipe and didn't. Called him about it, said he would come back and fix it that week, never did.”

“Called up with an emergency...cannot leave a message. Filled out the online form to be contact immediately as we had a pipe burst. No one ever called or emailed. I called the office. “I called Jeff the Plumber in Akron to fix 2 clogged drains. I asked what their charges were prior to scheduling. I was told $120 for the first drain and " $69 for the second hour of snaking". I thought it reasonable for the possible time involved. The plumber arrived at approx 12:45, cleaned the kitchen sink using 2 plungers ( 1 being mine), and cleaned the bathroom sink by cleaning out the trap below. No tools …”
“If I could give this company zero stars that's what they will get. Zero Stars...... I called this company on May 27, 2021 for my commercial business (restaurant) The original tech that came out had to call 2 other techs to come out and look at the job. I needed the produce sink with airgap, 4 comp sink and grease trap installed not an easy job. I know but it's a commercial business and I called a plumbing company …”
