Called Darrell out of the website listings when my furnace wasn't working in DECEMBER. He came out within a few hours, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me a candid assessment of the situation. Parts could be replaced but may not be cost-effective to do so. I never felt pressured to buy or upscale anything. Decided to go with a new furnace. It was a challenging situation: old furnace, and an old home with limited ductwork. Darrell could have sold me a pricier unit, but gave it to me straight and recommended a different, less costly model that was right for the home. He reworked his schedule to fit me in, and he installed in less than a day. Excellent service - I recommend with 100% confidence.

We have to say this is the best experience. They came out, gave us a estimate for a new electric furnance. They promised to be fast and quality. Not only did we get the best service and exactly what they promised, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The final bill was exactly what they said and not a penny more. My wife and I would recommend them to everyone. Great job and thanks for everything. It feels so warm and cozy in our home.

Mr. Miller and his son Joey did a fine job at replacing my hot water tank. The cost was reasonable. They cleaned up everything afterwards, and answered all my questions. They are my go to people, I highly recommend their business.

Darrell installed a water heater for me a few years ago. Pilot light keeps going out. It's electric start and shouldn't have needed a blow torch to light it which he showed up with and didn't even have to go back to his van to get. Therefore, it makes me think he knew there was a problem with the installation. So, he charges me $35.00 to light it. It goes out again after a few months and I call him. He answers and when I tell him who I am and what's wrong he replied he's on vacation in Florida. Same thing happens again after how many more months. I call him again, he answers and when I tell him who I am and what's going on, he replies he's on vacation in Florida. What plumbers answer their phones when they're vacationing in Florida. So it happens a couple more times and I stop calling Darrell! I get screwed royally by the next plumber. It happened this week and Voila. A plumber who explained why it keeps going out. Turns out it needed a Y fitting as it was getting blown out. Darrell should have known this and the next plumber just flat out screwed me out of hundreds of dollars. I finally have a good plumber whom I trust completely.

We have used Miller Plumbing for over 25 years. Darrell is very professional, thorough and reasonable. He takes time to explain what he has done as well as showing us how to maintain it. I would not use anyone else.
