“Still leaks after you replaced cartridge which keeping the handlle in place was the only problem and two other fixes for over $800 supposedly fixed the problem. Still leaks and the serviceman says it's the water and we need all new facets. He quoted $1065 for each new facet that's $2130 plus who knows what else will be charged. “Quoted me $1100 to replace two hose bibs. No other pipe or anything just two hose bibs. On top of that I still had to pay an 89 dollar service fee when I turned them away. I was ok with paying it originally because I thought they would have a reasonable quote, and they said it could be applied towards the job completed. I now see they have to charge that due to how many people probably turn them down for being …”

He unclogged the washer line in my garage and did not leave til he knew I was very satisfied. I was a little surprised with cost but was the first time having it done, and had to have it done, and Todd didn't pressure me at all about the cost.”
