About a year later, we called about a toilet issue, the technician came out, couldn't fix it, and we were charged $172 for what turned out to be a broken seal that we had to get someone wise to fix. Since they'd provided good, honest work in the past, we used them again …”
“Needed a plumber for a simple toilet reset and when he finally got here I get a sermon for 45 minutes about what the problem could be and what he has found in the past and on and on and on when he could have been working. Then, to make matters worse, he calls his "boss" to find out what he wants him to do. He wants him to do a "smoke test" to see exactly where the sewer gas is coming from. I KNOW WHERE ITS COMING …”

“All in all a great experience. Setting up an apportionment was easy, they found my septic tank and asked if I wanted to dig it to save some money, (of course I do). He came back with the truck 3 hours later and had the tank pumped in 45minutes. Made it very affordable, the office staff and the project manager Adam was great to do business with.”
