Julian did a great job fixing my shower that had been dripping. He showed up early, communicated well throughout the whole process, and had great customer service. He also used shoe covers like we asked, checked things thoroughly, and didn’t try to overcharge or add on anything unnecessary. Overall, he was professional, respectful, and got the job done right. Definitely appreciate the good work.

We are new to the area and had only been in our home for two weeks when we discovered a leak from an upstairs bathroom that was coming through the ceiling downstairs. We called Meetze Plumbing on a Sunday, and they had a technician at our home that same afternoon. Neither the technician nor my husband were able to pinpoint the source of the leak during that visit, but the technician took the time to explain what to watch for and gave us several suggestions to help narrow it down. The service charge was very reasonable at $50. The next day, we identified the source of the leak and called Meetze again. They scheduled us right away and had a technician at our home first thing Tuesday morning. The leak was repaired quickly, and they did not charge us for the return visit. We were also impressed with their communication. They send an email when the technician is on the way, including the technician's name and photo, and the technician calls ahead with an estimated arrival time. Everyone we interacted with was polite, professional, and helpful. The technicians wore protective boot covers in our home and treated our property with respect. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We will definitely use Meetze Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to others.

We have used Meetze Plumbing several times for various issues in our home. We have been pleased with our service each time. Jack was very professional and worked diligently to troubleshoot and narrow down the issue we were having with our water heater. He was upfront about the cost for his expertise. An electrician was able to fix a wiring issue, and our water heater started working immediately as Jack said it would. We appreciate the quick service call from Meetze. Jack is an honest and professional service provider.

Great service anytime I have a plumming issue. Service man I always prefer is Eli. Professional and and always advise on things going on and things could happen as I’m sure all of the workers do the same. I’m old school, have a service man just used to his coming. I highly recommend Meetze Plumming for all issues and any needed repairs. They do give military discounts as I am a Veteran. Another great thing about the company.
