Potential inefficiency on simpler jobs: crew inexperience required a senior plumber to join mid-day to complete a cracked pipe and cleanout cap replacement under kitchen sink, turning simple repair into all-day job with 3 technicians.

I own a duplex and had a water softener installed in both units. It took pretty much all day, but the work was done professionally. I am very pleased with the results.
Photos are from BEFORE. I think I have met every single employee with ME at this point, and everyone is friendly, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I had lots of work done this past year, including a total sewer line replacement in a 90+ yr old home. Mike, Martin, Matthew, Jacob2 and Andrew all looked at my options, came up with a plan, and were able to save my driveway from excavation by dropping my line into my basement, then drilled thru 8 inch concrete wall into my crawl space, connect to 2nd bathroom , and then out the front to the street. They carefully dug by hand around my 200 year old live oak trees and did not damage any roots. Matthew and Jacob 1 installed back connecting sewer line last summer. Matthew also replaced a rotted out toilet flange. Andrew fixed a blockage in back half of house. Then Jacob2 And Jacob3 finally installed my main sewer line this week, with Martin and Mike stopping by to assist, keep me updated on progress, etc. A lot could have gone wrong bc of basement logistics, age of home, etc. And even with concrete drilling taking 10x the time it normally takes bc of its old age, Jacob2 was calm and reassuring to me when I started to panic. Everyone, from Kelly in the office to owner Mike, answered my questions and concerns throughout this massive project. Cannot recommend them enough. I even got a bundled discount for everything done. If you want your plumbing done right, done professionally, and have an entire TEAM working together to make it the best possible experience: ME Plumbing is the place to go, every single time. Photos below are from BEFORE. You can see the original cast iron pipes they had to remove. Now its all brand new PVC!!
People were very nice. Called Thursday afternoon and they came out Friday morning on time as promised. They charged me about double price but i didn't have time to schedule someone else to come out there for a quote. I needed hot water for the family. They charged 3175 for 50 gal electric water heater installed. (This price is with a discount). Service was great, they did great job installing, very quick on install, clean finish, good product. Could have save probably 1500 - 2000 going elsewhere, but also could have been another day or two without hot water. With it being freezing temps during this time, a baby, and young ones. Cold shower/bath was not a reasonable option.
Who you gonna trust when you've got a leak in your home? ME Plumbing, of course! We've exclusively used them for every plumbing issue we've had for the last several years, from way back when Mike Edwards himself came out in the field, back when he was growing his business. Our experience has been that regardless of who gets dispatched/sent to your home or business, the level of care you get is exactly the same as if Mike was taking care of it himself. Top notch customer care and the highest quality service, with honest prices and integrity. 2 days ago we had what appeared to be an emergency leak situation at the house, and Martin miraculously was able to fit us in that same day. They are so good, in such demand, and they take such great care of each of their customers, it didn't surprise me that they were solidly booked every day all day and initially weren't going to be able to fit us in for another 6 days. I was sort of panicking though.. the wet spot on the carpet had grown from 3 feet to about 1/3 of the room overnight, so Martin offered to fit us in after their regular business hours!! It was 💯 worth it to pay the extra fee for our peace of mind. I'm so SO grateful he did that. He sent us 2 incredibly professional, thorough and efficient, wonderfully kind young men -- Daniel and Derek who took extremely good care of us. Daniel especially went above and beyond for us, and I am just so grateful for his kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity. We were very fortunate that our problem turned out to be relatively minor, but there's no way we could have known that without them running their diagnostic tests etc to determine the source of the issue. Thanks again, ME Plumbing Team!! My family and I so appreciate you!
ME Plumbing came out for a leak detection and repair. The crew they sent out seemed inexperienced and it took almost a full day to locate and fix a cracked pipe and replace a clean out cap under the kitchen sink. A senior plumber arrived to help around mid-day, so they had three guys working on a simple issue at one point. The end product was quality work, but my biggest issue is with the price. The cost was exorbitant and it seemed like I was paying for their employee development.
