Amazing customer service super friendly my ac unit was working but leaking water in my basement. Joey arrived quickly and immediately knew the problem needed to replace a hose, pump and provide some routine cleaning maintenance to the system that I was not aware I should be doing. Now that I have Master cooling as a trusted advisor on my ac and heating needs I will never trust anyone else.

Used Master Plumbing for oil to natural gas conversion and am very pleased with their work. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again. They arrived when they said they would for each day, completed the job in a timely manner and I’m very happy with the updated system they installed. The old oil tank and outdated furnace were replaced with a modern system that takes up less space and is less costly to run as well as being cleaner and more efficient. We moved into our home a few years ago. Our boiler was original, probably 70 yrs old. In less than two days, our boiler was removed and we had an updated system installed. From giving us an estimate to install and payment, we were very satisfied. They were punctual, explained the system, ensured that we were happy, and even put down mats so they wouldn't track dirt in the house. We are very satisfied and would recommend.

Shawn and Mike were great plumbers. The work was done in a reasonable time and they added value to our home. They replaced a century old drain pipe that was leaking badly.
