The work done by Lawrence from Marc Francis plumbing was on time prepared to do the job and had all items stocked so no matter what I asked him to fix he did right away. I would recommend him and this company for your plumbing needs. They guarantee their work which is hard to find. I had an expansion tank put in and pressure reducer valve and galvanized parts removed because of lead containment and they rust out quickly. He replaced the two I had. Did a really good job!

I give Marc and his associate a five-star review. This is the second time I've had to use Marc Francis Plumbing to help with an issue in my home! This second time I called Marc because the pilot light and burner on my hot water heater seemed not to be working correctly. It was my misunderstanding of the system that prompted the call; however, my central heat in my home is connected with the hot water heater and I was not getting a good supply of heat during its operation. The people who installed the new system last year were unfamiliar with the operation and installation of the heating and air conditioning unit, so it was installed incorrectly. It took Marc about 10 minutes to spot the trouble and fix the heating issue, and now the system is working fine and heating the home as it is supposed to! A true professional in his trade, courteous and helpful in his attempt to pass along understanding of a system I find complicated. Thank you for a job well done!

Another project well done on time with no surprises by Marc Francis Plumbing. We had water entering our basement due to a completely plugged underground corrugated plastic drainage pipe system connected to roof drain pipes. Thanks to the builder, they did not install any cleanouts and planted a large cedar tree right next to the lowest elevation drain pipe. You can imagine what the root system did to the corrugated pipe. Marc Francis Plumbing installed a new 4-inch PVC underground drainage pipe system, with cleanouts, that will forever solve the problem. We have had Marc Francis Plumbing complete several tedious projects. Marc is thoughtful and will not cut any corners and ensures the project is done correctly. I will only have Marc Francis Plumbing work on our property when we require a plumber.

I called them on December 23 with a very slow washing machine drain. They sent Lawrence to look at the job and give me an estimate. Planned to install a service sink and pump to pump out into main sewer line on December 30. He arrived promptly on time and Marc, the owner met him here with the sink and pump. It was more work than he expected, so he stayed and help until he had to go meet an inspector on another job. Lawrence finished the job and cleaned up everything afterwards. They actually forgot to install the straps to anchor the piping, so I called them the next morning and they had completed the work before noon on the 31st. I was very impressed with their work and professional service. They have another satisfied customer !! Thanks again Bob S

***Update*** we were refunded out $40 without asking. Which we appreciate. Shows integrity and caring by the company. Changed my review on my own to reflect this effort by Marc Francis Plumbing. I get the impression they care about their company and ratings…maybe this was a mistake or oversight on their part. And we understand that this job may not have been for you. Just tell the customer! Just don’t ghost and not give the paid for estimate as promised. Wife (Kelly Aker) and I paid for their estimate. We never received estimate after several attempts to obtain it. (I choose to delete the rest of the review, as I do not walk on water yet, and am still human, who makes human mistakes. Will give this company the benefit of the doubt).

Lawrence and Marc are the best plumbers I've worked with. My house is relatively new but has had substantial water-related issues. They analyzed and redesigned the system that multiple other plumbing companies in the area had failed to fix, and their creative solution that no one else even considered as a possibility has been working flawlessly for several months now. I've also had Lawrence back to address a much more typical toilet issue, and he displayed the same professionalism and ruthlessly efficient troubleshooting as before. I wish I'd known about them sooner. Getting the job done well and quickly is worth a premium (and cheaper in the long run), and they're now my go-to plumber. Strongly recommend.

I initially had contact with Marc at my job. He was very professional and was able to advise us on how to fix our problem. Most importantly he walked us through the issue and gave us options. When I had issues at home, he was the first person that I thought of. Here’s where he’s different than most plumbers. He takes pride in KNOWING how things really work and he walked me through the thought process of how things should work. Once that was done and only after I fully understood, did he ask me to make a decision on what I’d like him to do in order to fix the problem. Not many others do that. My next home will be plumbed by Marc!!

I called Marc Francis Plumbing because I was having a water heater issue that was causing water to leak through my floor. Marc and his helpers arrived on time and sent a text when they were 30 minutes away. When they arrived they quickly diagnosed the issue. Marc and his team quickly replaced what was needed and were very polite and professional during their visit. I highly recommend Marc Francis Plumbing if you want the job done right the first time.

Marc Frances is our go-to for all things plumbing related. They always do a great job for both large and small needs. This time we needed work in one of our toilets. The problem was easily diagnosed, and the repair was completed wonderfully and much faster than I could have done it. I would have missed things that needed to be repaired. Marc Francis plumbing will be our first call the next time we need help with plumbing.

Made the call to Mark Francis late afternoon about a supply valve leak that required us to shut off the water supply for the entire house. They are able to find a plumber and have them over at our house within a half hour. Work was completed right the first time. Lawrence was courteous and professional and I would recommend his plumbing capabilities to others with no hesitation.

Lawrence was great, on time and professional. We have used Marc Francis Plumbing a couple of times in the past, work has always been high quality and they always communicate when they will arrive. They might not be the cheapest option in town but having someone who shows up on time, communicates well and stands by their work is worth the extra cost

My water heater went out. I made an appointment and Lawrence showed up right on time. He made a diagnosis and gave me an estimate. I accepted and he went right to work. In no time my heater was working again and a hot shower was in my future. Lawrence was great to work with and the price better than I was afraid it was going to be. Happy day.
