A + Plumbing

Called A Plus for a free estimate on replacing my water heater. My previous estimate was a bit high. They sent Pedro do explain the options and provide estimate. Pricing was excellent (compare to other company). He got to work and it just took him about an hour to get it done right. I'm calling back to get the main shut off valve replace. Give this guys a call if you need plumbing help. The honest free estimate helps, and pricing is very competitive. Techs were great and wasted no time taking care of my problem.

Kitchen sink and garbage disposal reconnection after a botched job from another company. I hate to admit I got scammed by a disreputable company several times when needing minor work done. They upsell every time they make a visit and told me it would cost another 800 on top of the already 1400 I originally paid for faucet and reconnecting a garbage disposal. Thank you to PJ and Jimmy Trivette for doing what the other company said was impossible. Building me a custom P trap out of PVC pipe in less than 20 minutes.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We had an emergency with a leak from the meter to the house. A+ came same day (Friday afternoon) for an estimate and was here Tuesday morning bright and early to replace the line. They had water on within 3 hours and were completed within 4 hours. They did a great job covering everything back up. Not to mention they charged us LESS THAN HALF of another well known local business. The other company said they would have to cut through our driveway, and A+ was able to bore underneath the driveway. They were all professional and explained everything well before, during, and after the job was completed. I will not use anyone else for plumbing in the future!

It’s pretty easy to tell from the photos the before and after…another plumber wrecked the plumbing leaving us to have to completely tear out the old bathroom as the old plumbing did not align with the “repair” that the other plumber did. We then faced months and months and 30 different plumbers too afraid to do the work saying, “yea, we’re going to pass.” Enter Jimmy and the amazing team at A+. With bated breath I waited for the return call after leaving a VM- very quickly the call was returned and Jimmy showed up. One, he was a breath of fresh air—it’s so rare to find a great contractor let alone one of faith and conviction. Jimmy and his crew rocked out the sub-slab work and we passed inspection and after a multi-month delay- we finally have concrete down again. Thank you Jimmy and crew and save yourself the headache and just hire A+.

We needed a new waterline to our detached guest apartment. From the first call to the last goodbye to the plumbers, we had an amazingly positive experience! They had difficulty getting around the huge rocks under our driveway but hey solved the problem and we have water again with no worries! Upon testing Jimmy found a leak in the apartment itself- pipe froze and blew. Within a day another talented plumber “PJ” saved us again and at testing he discovered another leak under the sink in the apartment. He immediately identified the problem and solved that one in no time at all. The bill was fair and the work high quality! The professionalism, the personal care and the efficiency were second to none. We highly recommend this wonderful company!
