Matt H from Kobella installed an Aprilaire 720 whole house humidifier for us. He was incredibly helpful, very professional, and went above and beyond. We’ve been with Kobella for a few years now, always a good experience. For this project I opted to get multiple quotes to make sure we were getting the best value. Although others came in a few dollars lower ($50-75), Kobella definitely offered the best service and value, and quoted the newest system vs previous versions of Aprilaire. And what really won me over is they installed the system on our furnace outlet (optimal) vs the return, which is where the other two companies wanted to do it. We’re very happy.
Homer provided excellent service. He explained everything that was going on with my frozen water pipes and proved step by step details on what he was doing to resolve the issue. Unexpected expenses due to this awful winter are never a good thing but when you receive excellent customer service, it helps.
I could not recommend this company enough. Jeff came over and was amazing in every aspect. Nailed down the issue with my furnace very fast and didnt mess around with trying to add on any charges or sell anything like other companies. Jeff did an amazing job and after telling my father about my experience, he now will be signing up for Kobella to service his house. I also signed up for the maintenance package as Jeff was a perfect example as how company should be! Thanks Jeff, hope to see you around for my AC check.
Derek with Kobella Plumbing and Heating was great. Kobella sent him the same day I called about a leak in my kitchen sink. He worked quickly and efficiently and was able to replace the old pipes quickly and easily and the result was a pipe with fewer twists and turns. He was polite and courteous and even took time to befriend my cat. Afterwards, he cleaned up thoroughly.
