Alex (and Dwayne) have been absolutely wonderful to work with. During a really stressful time, when we were horribly overcharged by another company, Dwayne gave an honest perspective and immediately made me feel at ease about the path forward. Alex was no different! He came out to do several work items for us, including having our homeowner's shutoff valve replaced, and he thoughtfully explained everything he needed to do and would recommend, without trying to upsell. Honesty is what wins long-term business, and these guys get that. 100% recommend and will continue to do business with JustUs Plumbing. Thank you all so much!

I would like to recommend Justus Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have. I have used them twice recently and both times I had same day service, they were prompt, and took care of the issues to my satisfaction. Also they are reasonably priced. I’m sure I will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

We love these plumbers! We bought a water heater from them a year and a half ago. They did a great job so when we needed a plumber for a couple issues we had in the house we called them. Christopher came out the same day. He was very courteous, knowledge, informative and found our problems. He had to come back, the supply house was closed. He came back and fixed everything! We would highly recommend them!

Beware, this company lied and stole my money, they did not complete the work but still billed me for it! I paid Just Us to replace a back flow valve on my pool and two brass valves on my tankless hot water heater but they stole my money and did not complete the work. They quoted me around $700 to replace the brass valves or $100 if they could just replace the rubber inserts. They replaced the rubber inserts, did not replace the valves, then charged me the full price of replacing the valves. When I talked to them they lied and said they did, but the old valves were still there... new valves were not installed. I called several times and was told over and over that the owner would call me but they never did. When I disputed the charges they lied to the credit card company and said all work was done. Now I have to go through the hassle of taking them to court. Stay away from this company!

I was very happy they were able to fit me in the same day because I had called 4 other plumbing companies with no calls back. I have a faucet with very poor pressure and a leaky shower handle set. JustUs sent two very young guys to my house. Neither one of them knew why I was having the pressure problem and said it's because of hard water build up. My house is 2 years old and it seems unlikely. He told me to buy a new "filter" from Moen. The word he didn't seem to know is "aerator", so I did. It didn't fix the issue. The second child told me there was a manufacturers defect in my shower handle set and suggested I return it to the store. I asked him to try tightening it and he's was visibly shocked and proud of himself when tightening the nut actually worked. Maybe I should've specified that I'd like LICENSED Plumbers to come to my home, but didn't realize that was necessary. Oh, I also got to pay them $39! I guess that was a deal?

This is my first and likely only review as I'm not the type to write reviews, but the service from JustUs Plumbing was so much better than anyone else, I felt like others should know about this company. We had a small leak in our Navien tankless hot water heater... Had another plumbing company take a look at it (for $260) where they determined a leaky heat exchanger. Two days later, the leak started gushing out of our attic. The original plumbing company offered to come out to replace the heat exchanger (which had now filled up the entire unit with water and shorted out the electronics) for another $260/hour at an estimated 3 hours of labor. Of course I said no because at that cost I might as well put a down payment on a new unit and the process was not likely to work now that the whole unit was fried. After going through several (at least 3) different plumbers and having been without hot water for over a week, I called JustUs plumbing. Duane and his assistant came out to look at it and from the start I could tell they were willing to work with me and do whatever it takes to get the hot water flowing again. They replaced the Heat Exchanger (at Navien's request) at a very reasonable rate compared to the other quotes I was getting. When that didn't work, Navien sent out other parts one at a time, all to no avail. It would have potentially cost thousands of dollars to have these parts installed, but Jarrod and Duane were amazing at working with me and not nickel-and-diming me to death with every attempt. They put the customer (me, my wife and five kids without hot water for almost 2 weeks) first. They went out of their way on the Saturday morning before Easter to work with their local Navien representative (who was also amazing) to bring an entire older unit out and start replacing parts until it worked. They did this all at a very reasonable cost. We had hot water that morning and I couldn't have been happier with the overall service. JustUs Plumbing went way beyond what I expected. I will be referring anyone I know to them and will continue using them. If you are looking for a quality plumbing company who puts the customer first, I highly recommend JustUs Plumbing.

My daughter set up an appointment with these people because their kitchen sink wasn't putting out any hot water. He came out and gave her a quote and said he needed to get the parts and would be back the next day to fix it. He was there for about 3+ hours (and his boss kept calling him to see what was taking so long) he finally told my daughter he couldn't figure out the problem (again he'd already been there the previous day, supposedly assessed the situation and given her a quote) He told her he was sorry that he took so long but he was going to have to charge her for his time anyway, really? She agreed, but told him not to take it out till Friday when she got paid, needless to say they took it out immediately, leaving them with pretty much nothing for the rest of the week. I apologize for being so long winded but after they charged her almost $300 for not doing a damn thing I just wanted anybody and everybody to know DON'T DO BUSINESS with these thieves. Not to mention she pretty much had to take 2 days off work for all this. By the way my son in law went down to the Home Depot and bought a new faucet, hoping that would fix it, guess what? $125 HOT WATER Shouldn't a PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER been able to figure this out?

Called for service on a Monday to repair shower faucet. Dispatch promptly(in 2 hrs) sent someone over. I was relieved, no water in house. Tried to repair leak, wasn't able to.. left me the option of capping pipe so water could be turned on or replacing shower fixture. Bill estimated at $400, this is for 1 hour. Shower replacement quoted at $1600. Stupid of me I decide to have the shower replaced. Tech disappears for hours. Returns with supplies No new faucet/diverter. Replaces valve, puts old diverter back on because of time restraints. Would assume he'd return to replace with new part. Only thing concerned about is getting their money, charge you a fee for credit card use. Shower not properly working and I've no confidence at their effect rate of $ 400 an hour I can afford to have them finish the job. They obviously lack the integrity to do so in the first place. This isn't a company concerned about a business relationship, they're smash and grab plumbing at its worse. Don't believe 5 star reviews, they're bogus. Don't trust anyone who won't give you an itemized detail of their work, it's always hiding something. New name, JustUs out to screw you on your plumbing. We never put your crises over our profit.

All day yesterday I was trying to fix a leaky toilet water valve in my bathroom to no avail. My inability to fix it caused me immense stress and frustration which boiled over onto my wife. She told me I needed to contact a professional plumber ASAP so I reach out to JustUs Plumbing Services. I spoke with Dwayne and we talked for a few minutes. He was happy to answer all my questions but I soon realized I needed to swallow my pride and let the professionals take over. Dwayne sent over 2 of his plumbers Alex and Karson. They were extremely polite and understanding and got right to the issue/s. What I struggled with over half the day Alex and Karson accomplished in no time flat. They took all the time they needed to be sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied. My wife and I couldn’t have been any happier and vowed to contact them immediately if a plumbing issue arises in the future. Thank you so much JustUs Plumbing Services!!!

Dwayne and JustUs is great. Had an old kitchen faucet that needed replaced and he came the day after I called him to replace and install it. He quoted me a flat rate over the phone which was nice, and even though the faucet was completely rusted in and took a lot more effort to take out than what is probably typical, he still only charged me the flat rate he quoted me. I ended up having him install a new water softer system the same week. Price he charged for the softener and installation was very affordable for the quality of system put in and he even did it on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss any work. I won't hesitate to recommend JustUs to friends, family, and coworkers in the future and plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

Justus really helped me out when I was in a bind. They made my situation a priority over the Christmas Holiday weekend on a day when they were normally taking off. I had an outside leak that they had to isolate and repair. It was not an easy job as the leak was about one foot below the surface, behind shrubbery and next to the house foundation. And, it was on a copper pipe and the hole was the size of a pin head. The found the leak without damaging the scrubs, and did a repair all within about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. The price was reasonable and you could tell they placed a high priority on providing excellent customer service. I will definitely used them again for any of my plumbing needs.

From the initial call, to follow-up that was just necessary... this company is the real deal! I own a small business so I understand the daily struggles of not only customer service, but quality service as well. I had an issue that we did not know if it was a "Just Us" issue OR a "pool company" issue. The technician went above and beyond the call of duty... the issue is in the process of being resolved, but I had to write this because of the follow-up and the follow-thru... all the "big chain" companies need to understand that these guys are going to knock this industry around AND take it it over! Just some local guys that are veterans, getting it done!

Just us Plumbing is the only call I my water bill was through the roof, the city said call a plumber because we had a major leak on the property. Chris came out and thoroughly checked inside and out to rule things out. He sent Alex out to do some more work and leak detection. They found the leak and repaired it, now I can take the invoice to the city. Alex was amazing trying to give me the best price on work they did for 3 days, I am very thankful. My home warranty (HomeSafe) denied the claim and the entire amount came out of my pocket. Thank you Just us Plumbing! It’s nice to see there are still companies that take care of the customer.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dwayne and Chris were incredible. They came out to my home for an assessment right after I'd moved in, and they let my dad help from afar via email to setup some projects and upgrades around the house. They also provided me with materials for a new water softener and educated me about the water in the area. We had an appointment setup within a week. Chris competed all the work (it was A LOT) without complaint and went above and beyond. My dad was in town and Chris was very patient with him, allowing him to be involved and ask plenty of questions. Thank you so much to this team for the work you completed.

Its been years since I've had to get a plumber out and needed one for an outside water leak. JustUs came highly recommended by neighbors on both the Pflugerville neighbor pages I'm on on Facebook. I was not steered wrong! I initially talked to Dwayne and he got me set up with an appointment thru Nicole, the first thing next morning. Jarrod and Preston came out right on time and quickly assessed the problem and quoted me a fair price. They both were super nice and so polite. They made a stressful situation so much easier and the job was finished in a couple of hours. I definitely will use these guys again and highly recommend!
