Ben was on time, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough flushing and inspection of our tankless water heater. He demonstrated interest in our home, patiently answered questions and explained services performed and available. We were well-pleased with services provided.
Jackson has been taking care of my HVAC for over a year now and I am always pleased with how well they explain everything to me. Had one toilet replaced and another repaired. Service man was personable and professional. Total elapsed time was 4 hours, which included approximately 1 1/2 hours for service man to leave and get parts. So approximately 2 1/2 hours labor. Total bill was $1,829.00. Never received copy of bill or promised quote for other services.
