I had purchased a MOEN faucet that I needed installed asap. Dixie was easy to get in touch with. The receptionist was professional, friendly, and helpful in scheduling my next day appointment. Great communication too for before, during, and after service appointment. Service tech Michael was also friendly, professional, and quick but did a quality job. I would use Dixie again

Brandon and Drew, the service technicians, finished their work today on replacing my sewer system, just as Brandon and Tyler completed their work two weeks ago today. I am most pleased with all of their work - I think they did a superb job without causing any damage to my sidewalk and plants. I am so pleased to have this work done and to know it will last my lifetime and beyond. I would certainly use Dixie again when I have anything that needs repaired. Have a good day, and Merry Christmas, Tom Previous entry: Brandon worked on replacing my sewer line yesterday and today. He finished the part in my crawl space but had to stop his work outside until I can get an old (and unknown) septic tank in the front yard removed. This has to be done before he can finish his work outside. Brandon and his work partner, who I have not met because I can’t come back to the house where I will be in the sun, are doing, and have done, an excellent job, not only with the work, but also keeping me informed by phone. I feel so fortunate to have him taking care of my problem and helping me resolve it. I look forward to his help again once the old septic tank is removed. Many thanks. We came home to a scary looking mold issue several weeks before our scheduled maintenance. Granger, who has been an outstanding tech for us, and John, who we just met today, came immediately and had the issue resolved within a few hours. They are both knowledgeable and kind, and we love Dixie for finding great professionals to represent their company.

Dixie is the best customer service business that I have encountered in Alabama. There was complete explanation of what was happening with our water damage. We thought it was the plumbing in the Master bathroom. It turned out to be the air conditioning unit. This particular unit is known for problems, especially linking and mold build up in the unit. Since, it was not a plumbing issue they called in the electrical manager Robert. I am really impressed with this company. Robert was able to talk with my Insurance Adjuter on the phone to explain what was found. I would highly recommend this business to other farmers and Veterans in my network. Kudos to the beginning team that came out, Charles Flannigan and Drew. They were fantastic with our questions and answers. Repair hasn't been done yet. We will possibly need a water restoration depending on what the insurance accepts under our insurance policy.
