We were having a birthday party a while ago for our daughter and our septic started backing up. Water was leaking into our basement and coming up in our showers and it was terrible. It was already late, but they showed up, found the septic line, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and all at a reasonable price. On top of that they were great the whole time, and the repairs are still holding up. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Andrew was professional and showed up late at night due to a pipe bursting. Capped the pipe and came and fixed it the next day. Very reasonably priced, does offer a veterans discount and stand up guy. Would recommend and use again. Thanks Andrew!

5 star service call. Andrew travelled out of his way and showed up well after his normal work hours to help us during Thanksgiving week and everything. Professional, personable, and fixed the issue 100% Highly recommend

HIDDEN TRAVEL FEE WARNING!!! So I will say the plumber was very friendly, however with other plumbers I have contacted, they always took initiative and mentioned any additional fees or travel fees before coming to my home. Unfortunately Jackson's plumbing did not. But first a little backstory leading up to the sneaky fee. When he got to my home, he was adamant on fixing a toilet fill valve that I had mentioned that my boyfriend and I were going to fix ourselves, we just needed a different valve replaced that we felt was too risky to do ourselves. The estimate was the same with him wanting to replace the toilet fill valve ( which once again, I mentioned that we were going to replace that ourselves and didn't need a plumber for that portion ) with the shut off valve that I actually needed help with and just replacing the shut off valve by itself. I don't see how an estimate could be the same with replacing two valves versus just replacing one and that threw up a red flag for me. I began to fill uncomfortable at that point between him being persistant to change the fill valve that I didn't need him to replace and the estimate being the same amount of money for less work and so I informed him that I will have to think it over and I would give him a call back. At that point is when he mentioned his travel fee of $78, which is nowhere mentioned on the website, nor did he mention the fee on the phone before visiting my home. Since I did not know this fee existed until that moment with him standing in my living room, I was not able to pay it right off hand which caused embarrassment for me, as I always try to pay my bills and invoices on time. So I now have an invoice from Jackson's plumbing for $78, which was not in my budget and I desperately need that money for other things and would have never had him come to my house had I known about the fee beforehand and I honestly feel scammed and taken advantage of. While I understand that gas and time are valuable and respect travel fees, I do not respect nor appreciate the fact that the transparency about the fee was not there, and therefore I feel that it was very unprofessional for this company to not be upfront with any fees, I also really feel like the fee was only mentioned because I was not going to let him do the work that day. I hope this review will save someone $78 if they really don't have that to spend on a travel fee like I am having to do now, and I encourage this company to mention and be transparent any fees upfront to future customers.

We had a very good experience with this company. We used Jackson’s Pro Pumbing for a drain cleaning and were very pleased with his services. He was professional and prompt for our job. He clearly communicated the work that was done and the related cost. Fair pricing and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend this company.
