J&C Plumbing Svc LLC

We received services from J&C through American Home Shield. There was miscommunication with American Home Shield about the actual cause of our garbage disposal not working (plumbing vs. electric) that resulted in more than one visit. Throughout the process, however, the gentleman who serviced our home both times was friendly and knowledgeable. J&C vowed to get to the bottom of the issue for us and explained all of their actions in detail to my husband and me. We think the issue has now been resolved. We are very pleased with their work and customer service!

From beginning to end; J&C Plumbing Service was awesome. I called on Thursday and they came out the next day. Mr. Jason and his staff was a delight to speak with. He answered all of my questions and told me that it will be at a reasonable cost; and it was indeed. I am definitely one happy customer! Thank you!🌻

Thanks to the team from J& C plumbing! As usual, my jobs always have complications, as did this time, did too. The team was straight forward about cost, expectations, and explanations of job needed to be done. They listened to my concerns and were respectful of my home, and cleanedup after job was completed! They worked hard and steadily, to try and complete job in one day ( unfortunately unexpected problems occurred and took a few hours the next day to complete). The cost was within the estimate quoted. Strongly recommend this team for your plumbing issues!

Took my money and never did the work, nasty dishonest company owned by Jason Keaton. Was supposed to replace all the plumbing under my house. Here is a picture of nothing done. His response is a complete lie.

I needed them to come for three separate issues. The second they had to come back for because they came late the first time and barely paid it any attention. The first they told me I needed an $1800 clean out for that I did not need. The third they would’ve found had they simply done their job and went into the crawl space. All they did was look into the crawlspace from the doors and vents and said they didn’t see anything though. I said that I heard gurgling under the doors in one of the rooms. I just went into the crawlspace myself and literally heard dripping water after flushing the toilet and running the sink. I, an inexperienced woman was able to find the location of the issue that easily. Edit: I’ll edit due to you only being able to do what American Home Shield will allow you to do so much without an extra clean out. I do have a two-way clean out though and another plumber was able to clear it no problem. If you came out in 2021, that was the previous home owners. The unrelated leak could’ve been more thoroughly investigated. Even if you just so happened to not see where the water was actively leaking from at the time, you could hear where the issue is in the house and under. The water under the home alone that you did see was an indication of water coming from somewhere. There was a pipe separation that the other plumber found after fixing the clog.
