I have had Frank work on many plumbing issues over the past few years. He’s an experienced & very knowledgeable professional. He does quality work at a reasonable price. He is extremely good at diagnosing problems and if it is something he feels is out of his wheelhouse he’ll refer you on to another reliable professional who can get it done, One quality that makes Frank unique in his profession is he NEVER upsells or runs the price. This is a trait I’ve honestly never found in the plumbing profession before. When he arrives he diagnoses, explains the issues, and goes over pricing in relation to the problem. And he always shows up on time or even earlier. Yesterday he helped me out with a huge septic piping and tank issue. Referred me to a great company who took care of issues he legally wasn’t licensed to handle and is following up with the last of the work he is licensed for. I went from having an issue where my ability to use my bathrooms was impossible to fully functional in the same day. If you have plumbing needs and you don’t contact Frank at Integrity Plumbing you are doing a serious disservice to yourself 😎👍
Frank was quick to respond. He replaced a water heater, installed a new commode, and repaired several leaky sinks for me in a very timely manner. He even hauled away the old water heater. It cost less than i expected. I highly recommend Integrity Plumbing.
I was beyond impressed with Frank at Integrity Plumbing. He's honest, reliable, and did a great job... plus he was surprisingly affordable. He will be the first person I call the next time I need a plumber. I highly recommend this company!
My 88 yr old mother had problems with a toilet not flushing properly. I replaced the valve kit/flapper but still had problems so I called Integrity Plumbing. The guy showed up two hours earlier than he said he would. I had just gotten on a business/conference call which I had to end. Totally screwed up my whole day. Then he only spent 5 minutes tops on the toilet. I asked him what he did and he said "I plunged it". Well....I plunged it too, and it would work ok for a day or two. So he charged my mother $83.50 to plunge the toilet. That's outrageous. Where is the "Integrity" in your business?
Frank Lapp does quality work with quality materials at a more than fair rate. We moved to Crossville 2 years ago and have been disappointed with the decisions we have made concerning our choice of contractors....in any field. From shoddy work to theft to not making good on errors caused us to became quite calloused when hiring. You won't have that concern with Integrity plumbing. Quite honestly, Frank is probably thinking more about the job than you. An added bonus is that honest businessmen like Frank know honest people in other trades that you may need. Now you are on the path to happy home ownership. A word to the wise. A clogged toilet in 3 full bath home does not constitute an emergency. In this culture of me myself and I...if you think any busy contractor is not going to ask for a little patience you are sorely mistaken. Hang in there and wait for the best. You will not be let down.
