First class professional and friendly installation crew!!! Eddie and Jeremy took every opportunity to make sure our shower install was exactly as anticipated from beginning to completion. Office staff was amazing as well, always prompt and efficient coordinating special requests and communication throughout our shower renovation.

Converted our bath tub into a shower. Innovative did an excellent job. We love it. Special appreciation to the installers, Eddie and Jeremy. Great guys. Excellent to work with. Did a great job. Respected our house by thoroughly cleaning up at days end. Kept us informed during the installation.

Danny and Tristan did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel. I had the bathtub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. My husband and I are getting older and this will be a great benefit to us. They cleaned up very nicely. I didn't have anything to complain about. Will definitely use Innovative Home Services again. They even found some problems the house had since it is a older home and fixed it. Thank you Innovative. I am very pleased!

Innovative restoration staff came in my home, promising me that my insurance would cover everything not to worry to sign the paper and they shoved it in my face. I had water over my ankles and my living room going down my hallway. I was a widow woman having lost her husband and had her mother in the hospital on her deathbed. I feel taking advantage of I never was heard or listened to. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had other than the actual death of my husband and my mama and now my daddy.
