Did a tankless hot water heater install on my home, and some other plumbing work that needed taken care of. Prompt, quality work, and a fair price!!
A pipe busted in my garage on Christmas eve Garrison's Plumbing was the only one that would come. He was here within a hour and had it fixed in no time. I would high recommend them. Saved our Christmas.
Came out after buisness hours to find and stop the leak which turned out to be the bottom of my hot water heater had rusted out, first thing in the morning returned with a new hot water heater and installed it, got a bigger tank than the original for same cost. Also replaced a pipe that needed replaced. Then fixed and put the sheet rock back in place around the water heater. Went above and beyond for my family, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the world they did. Called other places and got no answer or couldn't come till morning, while I had a river running under my house!!! Thanks guys!!
Rude and very unprofessional. When he answered the phone he didn't have any proper greeting other than a frustrated hello and said he was I better hurry and say what i need to because was busy. Very unpleasant!
I highly recommend Garrison plumbing. I needed to have a 10 year propane water heater replaced. Got an estimate from Crossville Mr. Rooter for around $1700...they sent a kid with a lot of tattoos and an IPAD. I called Garrison plumbing and he said he would install one for $150! Got in my truck and picked up a Whirlpool LP Water heater at Lowes for $550. Terry Garrison and his helper showed up a couple hours later and did a professional installation. They needed a few extra parts so the cost of the installation was actually $188. Total cost to me was $738... less than half of Mr. Rooter. His motto is professional service at good ol' prices and I believe it.
