Jorge and Johan were the two gentlemen I worked with on some basic plumbing repairs on a newly purchased home. Much of what needed to be fixed from an inspection report was due to the previous owner using a contractor rather than a plumber, so things weren't done correctly. I was able to schedule an estimate the following day of my call, and it was done for free! During the walkthrough they even suggested items that should be fixed that weren't even noted in TWO different general inspections. They even helped me fix some simple sink issues during their first walkthrough. I knew I had contacted the right people. They arrived on time and completed all work in just a few hours. We had initially scheduled for 9am-5pm but they arrived a little early (called me to confirm if that was okay) and ended at around 1:30pm. The work I needed to be done was replace a kitchen faucet, secure a toilet, fix touching gas and water lines in my crawl space, add traps for both my gas and water lines, and move a laundry sink in the garage. I had a giant hole in my crawl space, and Jorge and Johan even patched that up. They don't take any shortcuts and are prideful of their craft. If I had any issues with plumbing or want to do upgrades, I would go with them again. No questions asked. The estimated work came out ti be cheaper than they had thought, and they asked me to rewrite their final check, so they're also super honest. Thanks!

Efrain has been coming through for me since 2010 and i've kept his info ever since because he was always so reliable and goes above and beyond. The most recent calI to Ideal Rooter & Plumbing was just this past Wednesday and i called after business hours since it was an emergency and spoke to a friendly lady who referred me to Jorge since Efrain was out of town. Jorge arrived 30 min prior to the eta that same evening and we were so glad someone helped us right away since our guest stall shower had backed up. Jorge was very patient and new exactly what caused the problem. He even noticed our floor was damaged from a previous water leak and gave us an invaluable cost-effective DIY tip. Efrain has been helping with our old house since 2011. I was a little bummed when I came to know that someone else is going to do the plumbing job at our house. We had a clogged toilet and a clogged sewer line due to roots blocking the pipe joints. The new plumber was Jorge, he was punctual and worked very systematically- everything from the way he tried to find solutions to how he explained how to manage the tree roots. I am very impressed by Jorge and I should say that I would always trust Ideal Rooter and Plumbing. They do not sell things you do not need and I appreciate their honesty. I had an excellent experience with Ideal Rooter & Plumbing. The entire process, from initial inspection through to quote negotiation and undertaking and completing the work, was smooth and efficient. They are good communicators which I appreciated being a new home owner and inexperienced in plumbing matters. Due to recent deluges our crawlspace had a pool of standing water, and as luck would have it, the job required them to work right in the middle of it. They pushed on regardless and still got the job done impressively quickly. They're also both really nice guys. I thoroughly recommend them.

I called Ideal after waiting all day for a plumber who never showed up. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. She gave me an idea of how much my clogged drain might cost to clear and we made an appointment for 8-9 am the next morning. Efrain showed up at 8:15. He was professional and friendly. He looked at my problem and quoted me a price that was even less than the phone quote from the previous evening! 20 minutes later my drain was clear. I'm keeping their card and the next time I have a plumbing problem I know who to call first.

Last month I hired Ideal Rooter and Plumbing to install a new toilet in my condo. Communication with Johan, the owner, was a pleasure. He gave me an estimate over the phone, he showed up on time, completed the job quickly and stuck to his quote. I was impressed with his courtesy and professionalism, especially since I had contacted two other plumbers for estimates who disappointed with both their estimates, their communication style and their lack of professionalism. Hands down the best plumber I've worked with in 20 years. This past week I had a serious clog in my kitchen sink. I called Ideal and they picked up immediately. They were available then and there or the following day. They arrived promptly and were friendly and professional (and treated my dogs well!) They diagnosed the problem quickly and went to work. You simply can't beat their rates and customer service experience. I'll echo what other reviewers have said- save your time and money and call them. You won't regret it.

Last night, our plumbing ate itself. Or more specifically, tree roots had gotten into the main sewer line causing the shower drains and toilets to vomit sewage. It was extremely nasty. I put in a call to Ideal Rooter and scheduled an 8:30 am appointment and they showed up on time and gave me a good estimate after a thorough investigation. After an hour and a half, they had my plumbing back in shape. Great bunch of guys, great service. Now, I have a couple of trees to cut down.

Had an issue with the sprinkler system that we never used. After fiddling with the control box and looking for a shut off valve to no avail, I started looking for a plumber for a service call. The woman who answered the phone was courteous and friendly. She told me someone should come by in 30-45 mins. Efrain showed up 30 minutes later. He was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Charge for the house call was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Ideal Rooter and Plumbing!!

I had a problem with Plumbing in my house and scheduled for a consultation. I was so impressed that the person who showed up did not force to accept the job but suggested to contact the developer since it was just a 3 year old house and still covered by the warranty. He could have taken the job. The developer contacted me and assigned a company to work on my problem. I am glad that I called Ideal Plumbing and avoided a big expense. Thank you.

Jorge and Efrain came over on time, asked the right questions, did a thorough exploration under my house (not easy... in fact another five star rated company in the area had to decline even bidding) and came in with the best bid. The work they did was great. When there was a tiny pinhole leak they returned and fixed it in minutes. I've since brought them back for other work because they're creative with solutions. Highly recommended!!!
