I have worked with HD for several years now, and greatly appreciate them. Of note, I recently needed to get AC, Heating, and Plumbing service last minute. The team at HD has gone above and beyond what I expected, answering weekend calls from me, early morning and late night texts coordinating, helping us arrange alternative individuals to let them in when we weren’t able to get home in time. I care deeply about my home and ensuring things are well taken care of, and the service I have received here in a time of high stress has made all the difference. Every tech has been friendly, thorough, and taken time to talk with me before, let me watch them walk me through it, and answer all my questions. Fully recommend the entire team here.

Twice now we've needed service and twice, Hurley & David have delivered. It's nice to have one company who can take care of your needs like electrical, heating and plumbing. We've used all three. I really like their professionalism. They call and confirm your appointments and let you know who's coming so anyone left home can feel secure opening the door. All the technicians were professional and responsive and willing to talk about the issues and discuss work arounds for your home's unique needs. In New England, there are a lot of older homes. H&D's service pros don't come in with a one size fits all approach. My home is over 100 years old and she has special needs. None of my techs tried to lecture me on doing expensive upgrades to make it more "modern." Everything is to code, but befitting framing when 2x4 was 2x4 and not 1.5x3.5. You dig? Their pricing ranges from reasonable to more than I'd like to spend, but given the inflation of late, I cannot say if that's them or just the price of things. I don't mind honest pay for integrity and solid work, though. No one tried to upsell me on stuff I didn't need or make me feel bad for having old pips or inventive wire routing. I've also not waited more than 24 hours for service. In a region full of handy Randy home-pro types, it's nice to work with a company more professional than a Craig's List ad.

We recently had HD Air install a whole-house heat pump system in our home, and we could not be happier with the experience. From the beginning, the team was informative, professional, thorough, and quick to get us on the schedule. We were honestly worried the installation might not happen until June, so we really appreciated how quickly they were able to take care of us. The price was not cheap, but the level of service made it absolutely worth it. We also really appreciated that they offer a military discount, which was a wonderful added benefit. The install team, electricians, and everyone involved were respectful of our home and property throughout the entire process. The day after installation, we had an issue with the cooling, and Hurley & David sent a technician out right away. Brian worked until the problem was solved — he did not give up — and now the system is running beautifully. I was initially on the fence about signing up for their maintenance program, but after seeing the level of service they provided, I’m all in. Thank you to Jason Brady, Moises, the entire install team, the electricians, and especially Brian for putting in a great system and standing behind the work. I would highly recommend HD Air. Now I know why I always see their orange trucks around the neighborhood. Great team!

Our high efficiency Navien combi boiler with water heater suddenly stopped working. A Hurley and David technician responded very quickly and assessed the furnace. We were told that the whole furnace needed to be replaced. The technician said that a sales person could visit us that night to give us quotes. Salesperson quoted us 25k for full replacement. We said we’d like to get other quotes. Another company visited today, this plumber spent a good deal of time assessing the situation and spoke with Navien support, plumber said only certain parts need to be replaced and we do not need a full replacement. Only $1000 of work. We are very happy we sought a second opinion. Furnace is working great. I could not be more disappointed in HD.

I thought the tech was unable to explain why our home was not heating effectively, then he provided a quote to perform boiler maintenance that was over $2k, and overall did not instill confidence that this would be money well spent. I ended up with Air Experts who will perform the same maintenance for half that price, and they explained the boiler's performance issues concisely. I appreciated that someone was sent over quickly, however knowledge base and price point was lacking. I don't recommend.
